...probably...sorry! My partner of 10 years became increasingly critical and bad tempered with me over the last few months. He then had a business trip away, which unusually spanned a weekend.I offered to join him for the weekend but he would not have it. On his return, he decided to take a contract out for his mobile phone as he now needed it for work and 'pay as you go' was too expensive. This was strange as he hated mobile phones. He would not touch me, and seemed to be repelled by my presence. I kept asking what was wrong. Finally...I asked him if it was me...he said yes!...I asked him if there was somone else...he said 'not at the moment''not yet' and that he did not want to be with anyone at the moment. He would not say anymore or give me any other explanation. I had no option but to consider myself, told him I wanted to buy him out of th house. I then found his mobile phone bill.....he is phoning the same mobile number for at least an hour each night and texting up to ten times a day....you only do that if its another woman! She probably does not know about me. He is still denying there is anyone else. However once we have sorted out the house...I will call this number. Meantime, I have the pain of waiting for him to leave...he could not be more polite to me. He is a coward and a liar. The best I can say...is good luck to her she will need it...I at least will have a chance of being happy, he will never be happy.

It is hard to talk to someone specially if this two people had history together. When a married man realize what he did, you can be sure that it will linger in his mind. Most men are weak and because of their weakness it gives them leverage to do stupid things that will hurt people he knows. Don't make a big issue to what he was telling you, he is the one that's trying to correct some of his mistakes towards his wife. If I were you, I will leave him alone and do not contact him anymore no matter what he is telling you. He is trying to let you know that his having a problem, so you will feel bad for him, don't let him.

Hun if your husband cheated on you then i would leave him. But for your friend tell him that you are there for him always. And even if he has a gf doesnt mean he doesnt want u. Just visit him all the time, and show how much u respect him and care for him ok..

If were talking about cheating - its about simplicity. Most people stray from their marriage because they still want to be married to their spouse. Cheating is just getting sexual of emotional gratification 'on the side'. Can I tell you that it depends on individual and with or without reason man do cheat or have affairs, especially those who have a happy marriage. Most men will use the old myth " unfulfilled needs" like they are the only one who have needs and not the wife, but when it comes to your husband, you are the only one that can tell if he is cheating on you. Don't let him tell you stories because most of the times when man do tell stories it means that something is going on. Just pay attention.

Men never wanted to be told that the relationship is over by their mistress especially from their wives. They rather be the one who can tell women that it's over rather than. Just like what I have told to my husband that he can do everything he wants to do, he told me and I quote, "he didn't like to be rejected." So the big picture is men do not want to be told they are not wanted, but they rather be the teller not the listener because it does ruin their ego and dignity.

But my guess is that he wants the best of both worlds or it's a possessive thing, and both are not fair to you! Deep down if he still loved you and wanted to make it work, then he would need to let go of the other person. also, are you still physically involved?

Another consideration, do you have children? if so, then maybe he wants to make sure you'll remain a good mom to the kids.

Some people who are doing wrong can't just leave without blowing the place up and turning the finger towards you. It's just his way of "blowing" things up to get you to react. Rather than 'Confront' I'd recomend using the word converse. To confront him means that he is already guilty and the conversation will be one sided. He will get backed into a corner, with little room to escape. If the shoe was on the other foot, Is this how you would want him to deal with you? You don't win by putting people down, you win by being able to resolve an issue of the past. That's how you can move forward. You cannot change history, why would you want to constantly have to deal with it?

I am in a situation now where my husband of 2.5 yrs may be cheating. I am going to do my research..... I am checking phone records going back at least 6 months, I am verifing these numbers via the internet. I will call these women and get answers, and checking his where abouts without him knowing. Then when I feel I am satisfied I will present my evidence; at that point he can tell the truth or this marriage is over. Getting answers will take time, but I am willing to do it right. It means he is coming clean and being honest. You should move on from him. No affairs or disloyalty shouldn't be going on in a relationship. He is a true jerk unless he makes it up to you in a way.
