How do you set up the timing on a 90 Camaro 350?
1. Disconnect the etc sensor which is usually found on the driver side. To find it look at the wiring harness. It should be part of the harness. Plus it looks just like the o2 sensor connection.
2. Unplug the sensor it will not hurt the car! This sensor controls the timing by the computer so the engine's timing will not be correct if you don't do these steps.
3. Set the timing light up alot of them hook to the battery and the other connection to the number one spark plug wire.
4. Start the car with the sensor disconnected. Point the timing light at the harmonic balancer and you should be able to see the mark on the balancer. Which is just a goove to indicates what your car's base timing is. You will see a bracket on the engine that has little notches on it and one of the notches will stand out further than the others. Indicate what the timing is currently set at and write it down. Don't think you can remember it and go on.
5. Shut the car off. Loosen the distributer just alittle. Just enought to move it slightly. You will need a offset distributer wrench. NO subsitutes. If you strip the bolt it will not be fun the next time you have to do it. Start the car and slightly turn the distributer till the mark on the harmonic balancer is exactly and the longer mark(top dead center)or 0 on the indicater. Stop the engine and tighten down the distributer being carefull not to move the distributer because it will knock off the timing. Once tightened double check the timing. Just to be sure.
6. Plug the sensor back in.
7.Then you can do one of two things. Disconnect the battery cable for 5 to 10 minutes, or discontect the ecm fuse for a minute or two. This will reset the computer.
8. Road test the vehicle and if the timing is still off check the timing again. And repeat until feel the engine is performing properly.
HELPFULL TIPS
If you have the timing to low it will hesitate and if it is to high the idle will be high and the gas mileage will drop. I always set mine just a tiny bit higher than 0.

Is there a CV axel on a 94' Chevy Camaro?
Not in original configuration. All production Chevrolet Camaro cars to date have used a front engine rear drive configuration using a straight axle in the rear. As such, all of the drive axles used are straight axles using no joints.
Joints are used in the longitudinal driveshaft (connecting the transmission to the rear differential) and are somewhat similar to a CV axle but is not quite the same thing.
How do you remove the shifting knob on a 1995 Saturn?
everyone should have a manual for their vehicle, and a professional shop manual should be available at the library in the reference section--you can make copies of the necessary information...good luck :) It sounds way to easy to be true, but you just need to pull straight up, it does not twist off. Took me over an hour and a torn up shifter knob to figure that one out.

Why would your front wheel lock up?
Probably a frozen brake caliper...Possibly a bad weel bearing but i dont think it could stop the wheel completely.
it usually means one of the bulbs are bad. replace the front or back one, which ever has broken filament, and should blink fine after.
How do you change oil pan gasket on 1995 camaro 3.4L?
You will have to remove the exaust that is in the way. then you will have to remove the motor mounts to raise the engine. after all of this then you can take the pan off.
That depends on your mpg, not tank size. If you get 10mpg, it'll take 240 gallons, and 16 or more fill-ups.
