Simply put, Chihuahuas are little dogs. They are used as pets, though I don't think they are "used" at all.

Well actually, there is more than one extremely interesting fact about Chihuahuas. 1: Oddly, they're ears are magnificently large for their very small size. 2: They have buggy eyes they are so cute, it is like they can almost hypnotize you into a "Cuteness Trance". 3: Of they're small size, they are known to have the biggest brain of all breeds of dogs. 4: most Chihuahuas can be ugly, but however, you can find very cute ones.

The humane society publishes a list of foods that are unsafe for dogs to eat, and the only two nuts on the list are walnuts and macadamia nuts. it would depend on what brings on your kids asthma. i am an asthma suffer but only react to dust mites and feathers. ive always keep at lest one dog and have never had any problems.mabey try introducing your kid to a friends dog and see if it has any affect on his/her health before you bring a dog home

Because chi's spend so much time being held, cuddled and loved on they tend to pick up odors quickly. I use a little drop of baby shampoo (because of it's gentleness) and shower mine once a week.
