God has created us,all the natural resources, and we the humanbeings have got every rights to live, to learn,to educate,to work for our livelyhood to meet our basic needs like food,shelter & clothes. There is certain age to perform work. Different Acts,rules and regulations have been made inthis regard. Inspite of it, it is seen that a large number of children are being enagaged in different factories,shops,homes and many other organisations. It affect the health of a child, while working at the imatured age. The childrens are also human. They should be given proper rights strictly to their ages.

In the above way child labour violate human rights.

The Indian government can stop or prevent child labour by:

· They can give free education to poor children.

· They can provide sufficient food for poor families to survive.

· They ban children under 14 years of age to work.

· They provide free health care to poor people.

· Since poverty is the main cause of child labour the government can provide the to the poor people with jobs so that they can take care of their families and send their children to school instead of being child laborers and working in dangerous factories, mines, restaurants all day long.

The due date is not definite - only an estimate. My son was born 2 days before. No one can tell you exactly when the child will be born.

In Uruguay child labour is prohibited by law but in the practise many poor children are seen in the traffic lights and other parts of the city asking for money by doing some sort of entertainment for drivers and people walking.

Apple use a certainty kind on mineral that is very harmful, its in all there stuff that they make, its in everything. Because they use child labor lots of people die from being around it too long so people below 10 ( if you have a sister or brother below 10 try to think about them working to the bone) And my age 17 ish if they even survive that long. If you already have something apple don't through it out you wasted a life keep it till you cant keep it anymore because it is so old. Just don't bye any more.

Depending on the country it can be much easier to adopt a baby. In China girls are lower on the food chain than boys so adopting a baby girl is easier. One must remember that money also speaks volumes in different countries, but, in many cases it's still easier to adopt in another country than in Western countries. A couple has the option of going through a lawyer to adopt as well or, a surrogate mother. This will also call for a lawyer's advice.

They are forced to work in harsh conditions with barely any food and little pay. Many of the chemicals used in the work are highly toxic and extremely dangerous. For example: Cocoa farms use toxic chemicals to keep the the cocoa beans free of bugs. The children are also forced to use large machete's to cut down the beans. Children often get injured and do not have the health benefits, money or the doctors needed to save the children.
