The number of calories in a shrimp salad can vary depending on the specific ingredients and portion size. However, I can provide you with a rough estimate of the calorie content based on a typical shrimp salad.
A basic shrimp salad typically includes shrimp, vegetables, and dressing. The calorie content will primarily depend on the amount and type of dressing used, as well as any additional ingredients or toppings.
On average, a shrimp salad with a 4-ounce (113 grams) serving of shrimp, mixed greens or lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, and a light vinaigrette dressing may contain approximately 150 to 200 calories.
However, please keep in mind that this is just an estimate and the actual calorie content can vary based on the recipe and the specific brands of ingredients used. If you have a specific recipe or brand in mind, it's best to refer to the nutrition information on the packaging or use a nutrition calculator to get a more accurate estimate.

The three main principles in Chinese food preparation are that the food should look good, smell good and taste good. As china is vast, here is a great variety of cooking methods. The Beijing style of cooking has lovely Snacks, Sichuan cooking is well known for its hot and spice flavors, and Guangdong (Cantonese) cooking is famous for its sweet and sour style.
The main ingredients in Chinese cooking are: shallots, ginger, garlic and soy sauce.
Chinese food is usually stir fried rice or noodles.
Chinese people eat rice. In the northern part of China, where it is mostly dry, people liked to eat dumplings with meat, steamed buns, and noodles. At China`s southern part, which is wet, people eat dumplings with traditional Chinese sugar sauce and noodles.
Wonton soup originated in North China. Although no specific date is given for the wonton origin, it is believed that it dates back to the Qing Dynasty. It is a clear soup that features dumplings made from flour and filled with ground meats and spices.
start off with a main course of duck meat or pork, and other stir-fried vegetables with small glass of wine or beer.
then moved onto duck or chicken soup and other main courses of fish and rice.
Then at the end finished off with snacks of sweet red bean soup or freshly made biscuits.
Chinese food can be good for you because of all the veggies, but it also is cooked with a lot of grease, oil, and butter. If you were to eat Chinese food everyday, you would probably die of clotted arteries. If you eat it every once in awhile, it's ok.
Breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Chinese eat breakfast when they wake up before they go off to school, work, or start their day. This could range anywhere from 6am to 8am.
Lunch is usually around noon.
Dinner depending on lifestyle can range from 5pm to 7pm.
Some Chinese also have a late night snack that is around 10 or 11pm.
Italian and Chinese foods are very different. The things that are similar are pretty generic, such as they both use a lot of herbs and spices, and they both incorporate a lot of sauces into their dishes.

It's one of my favorites! Basically it is a stir-fry with assorted colorful veggies. That's why they call it rainbow. :) The place by me makes it with carrots, red peppers, green onion, bamboo shoots, baby corn, snap peas and angel hair pasta. And, of course, shrimp. The sauce is delicate and delicious. Try it!

To those concerned with Royal Norfolk...I can tell you that I've used this brand for 10 years and have had no issues. They have been used for both my husband and I as well as our two small children (who are now teenagers, but were small when I first started using their products). No issues and they have held up great through many washings (in the dishwasher) and in the oven. I know products from China can be scary, but I REALLY like Royal Norfolk dishes.
china ?
Answermost likely Chinese in Peru about 400 years ago when they were building the rail road. the reason was they had a lot of rice left over from plates and started frying everything around that was left over... this fried rice (chaufan)is very popular in HONG KONG this answerFor lovers of fried rice, (I am afraid that is not a dish of Chinese origin. My father, a native of Canton, used to tell me "Who comes to a Chinese restaurant and asked fried rice (chaufan) to eat Chinese restaurant , does not know how to eat Chinese food": this dish was created by Peruvian kitchen assistants, who at the end of the workday white rice mixed with leftover ingredients from the different dishes that were served during the day.:)
And so on criollo born fried rice. It is clear that current preparation is different from when they invented. Before it was more delicious used to tell me =)
The Chinese eat a wide variety of food in which rice, noodles, meat (including much poultry), seafood and vegetables feature strongly.
Chinese cooking styles and, to some extent, ingredients, depend on regions and outside influences.
The site below has many links to the rich and varied foods enjoyed in China.
take panda express for example. order the vegatables for your entre and for you two sides. chose orange chicken or tarriaki chicken then for the second entre chose something with lots of vegetables in it. for your drink DON'T DRINK SODA instead take light lemonade or iced tea. if things like that aren't available just take water. if that restaraunt doesn't have water do not eat at that place because they are obviously dumb enough to no serve water
Yes they are. But I consider it animal cruelty because people catch these sharks and cut off their fins while they are still alive, then throw the poor thing back into the water still alive to drown and die.
Usually it starts with cleaning the house from inside out. :)
Then family get together is a must too.
