When did the CIA overthrow Iranian government?

1953, Operation Ajax. Obama just apologized for this earlier this year. Some wonder why we have so much trouble with mid-eastern countries like Iran. There are no clean hands in any of this but we must take a realistic look at our foreign policy, especially of late, about why we are having problems. Our current policy, is basically "I don't like the way my neighbor arranges his furniture so when he leaves for work Ill just sneak in and rearrange it while he is at work." Well at some point the neighbor is going to get angry and retaliate!

How hard is the cpa exam?

In my personal experience - it is quite difficult to pass all 4 parts of the CPA exam on the first try. After taking the full Becker CPA review course I passed REG w/ an 83 & AUD with an 85, but got 73 & 74 on BUS & FAR the first time. (with 75 as a passing score - you can imagine I was NOT very happy) To me, the Financial Reporting & Business sections were very difficult & I had to take the Becker CPA review course again in order to pass them. This is something I highly recommend - as they provide in depth coverage of each section & some of their mnemonics make remembering minute details much easier. If you do all of the homework & attend classes - you get to take the class again free of charge - they don't tell you that you have to order the books again - but really - unless there have been major changes - the books are all almost exactly the same. Good luck & stay positive - you CAN pass the CPA exam if you put in plenty of study time.

Why was the Federal Bureau of Investigation originally formed?

During the so-called "war on crime" of the 1930s, FBI agents apprehended or killed a number of notorious criminals who carried out kidnappings, robberies, and murders throughout the nation, including John Dillinger, "Baby Face" Nelson, Kate "Ma" Barker, Alvin "Creepy" Karpis, and George "Machine Gun" Kelly. While this campaign, as well as the campaign to build-up the FBI, was carried out in response to a national crime wave, most historians now believe that if there was a crime wave at all, it was grossly exaggerated during the Great Depression[citation needed].
