How do you activate citroen c5 automatic lights?
I have a 2002 C5 with Auto lights.
You need to turn the ignition on (NOT start the car), and then hold the Auto button in on the stalk until the Message "Auto Lights Activated" appears on the central display.
Do the same to turn it off, except it just Bongs at you to confirm that feature is off.
Then they should work in their AUTO mode although they do sometimes come on a little later than I would have liked.
Hope this helps.

How do you remove instrument cluster on a citroen c 5?
Move the lever down that adjusts the rake of your steering wheel (a lever on the l/h side of the steering column allows you to do this). Then you insert either 2 flat bladed knives under the clear speedo casing (there are 2 little indents where the knives need to be inserted). Gently lever back the speedo pod towards you and you should find it will release to 2 further plastic pegs at the top of the speedo pod. The pod shoud just pop out and then just disconnect the wiring plug and there you have it!
