I get flu like symptoms in the morning but they go within an hour What could this be?
Well, many things can cause fatigue, cough, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea and the other typical flu-like symptoms. Having it only in the morning can sometimes indicate it might be due to low blood sugar from the overnight fasting. Try eating some regular soda crackers and see if it helps since those will get the needed carbohydrates (fast acting sugars) into the blood stream. Obviously if you are a woman of child bearing age, you might want to see a doctor to determine if it could be early trimester "morning sickness" from a pregnancy. If it persists or causes fever or confusion, dehydration, pain or other more severe symptoms, or if you have underlying diseases like diabetes or other chronic conditions, it would be best not to wait to get the advice of a medical professional. A pharmacist can also advise on over the counter medications if the symptoms are mild and you want to try some of those for a short time.

How long can you take generic cold head congestion medicine after the expiration date?
It is best to destroy all expired medicines and get a new supply, rather than use them after the expiration dates. Depending on the exact type of medication and the active ingredients, you might not get full benefit of the drug, and/or after a certain length of time, some ingredients in some medicines can go bad. You might speak to the pharmacist at your drug store and ask about a specific medicine and the expiration dates you have, but I would not take them after the expiration date without first checking with a pharmacist.

School districts decide whether or not school is cancelled on one basis: whether or not it is safe for students and faculty to make it to school. If exposed to H1N1 can you be around children?
No, you should not come into direct contact with anyone regardless of age until you know if you have contracted the virus from that exposure. Chances are that you will catch the pandemic flu if exposed since it is a very contagious type of flu.
Stay a minimum of 3 feet from others until you know, and if you do develop symptoms, then avoid being within 6 feet of others especially those who are not vaccinated. Follow all hand washing and other precautions to avoid spreading the flu.
You will usually show symptoms within 3 to 5 days if you did catch the H1N1/09 flu. If the children are under 6 months old, they can not be vaccinated and have little immune system protection since their immune system is immature. Avoid even being in the same room with them and, if possible, stay in an entirely different location until you go 24 hours straight with no fever after symptoms have manifest. Children under 10 need a series of two vaccinations to be fully protected and those are given a month apart, so avoid exposure to anyone without full immunity even if they had a vaccination.
What type of virus is the H1N1 classified as?
It is a Type A Influenza virus with RNA genome.
Also called Swine Flu, the 2009 Pandemic Flu, 2009 Swine Flu, and A-H1N1/09.

In dengue fever what is fever subsides?
Not sure what this question is asking by the wording. Are you asking how high the fever is for dengue fever? Because it's as high as 104-105 degrees Fahrenheit.
The meaning of the word subsides means to drop lower.
There is probably some truth in this. The honey coats the throat for a while and may reduce irritation and coughing. Of course the lemon has some vitamin C, but not ehough to make you get well right off the bat.
If you like the taste of this combination, it probably helps you relax, which also might decrease coughing.
