They are both herbivores so are vegetarian.
This is a question that has confounded mankind for centuries. Leonardo daVinci was intrigued by bird flight and spent much of his life working on designs and ideas for flying machines of various kinds.
A simple explanation is that birds are extremely well adapted to the requirements of flight. Their bones are very lightweight and fragile. Feathers are shaped in ways that when arranged in the wings, they create an ideal aerodynamic surface that provides lift from underneath. The flapping process is more complex than originally thought, and essentially produces the force needed to begin flight and to change speed. The tail is mostly used for balance and directional changes, although the wings participate in this as well.

How bad does a tongue piercing hurt in comparison to a dermal anchor?
I've never had a dermal anchor piercing but I can imagine they hurt quite a bit depending where on the body you get it. But I had my tongue pierced just over a year ago and I didn't feel a thing. Because the tongue is a muscle, the needle just slips through the layers rather than piercing through it.
It can be uncomfortable afterwards, but it just feels like a muscle ache but in your tongue, and it does swell up, but mine was completely fine after 5 days of having it done. x
An extended metaphor is a sustained comparison in which a subject is written or spoken of as if it were something else.

Explain be still like a mountain and flow like a river?
What he is saying is actually some of the best advice I've ever heard, and it's twofold. He is giving you the magic formula for how to lead a joyous life. "Be still like a mountain" suggests that you make a daily practise of meditation. Being quiet and finding a place inside of you where all the mind chatter finally leaves you so that there are only gaps of silence is the way to receiving all the answers to any question you ever needed. You'll never receive all the answers if you don't make room for them. You make room by being still. "Flow like a great river" refers to the art of living your life in the now. Don't dwell on the past, don't daydream about the future. Just live every moment in the NOW and experience the gift of peace that comes when you experience every moment fully and just flow with life rather than against it. Let life happen and experience it happening instead of always waiting for the next moment; the moment you dream will be better. When you raise a glass to your lips, don't think about how delicious the water will taste, just experience how nice the glass feels in your hand and against your lips. If you live each moment with that kind of curious passion, you find a joy and a peace of mind that is unlike any other.

What is the pros and cons of employee monitoring?
Pros: employer can be sure about business data security. Sometimes employees share important info with the inappropriate contacts.
Also, tracking employees productivity is much easier. You can see what sites employees visit, what they search for on the Web etc.
Cons: employees usually have negative perception of everything related to tracking work activities. It is important to explain to employees that monitoring doesn't mean that boss doesn't trust them. Notify them that employee tracking software is being installed on their devices to avoid legal issues.

Does trueback work for sciatica?
I have degenerative spine disease. I in pain management and have been prescribed large doses of sustained release opiates. I hate the drugs but in reality at 56 year old and with 2 sons 16 and 12 I have to function. The medication does do that. However I have always wanted to eventually either quit taking or reduce dosage.
I saw the Trueback info and thought what the heck 70 bucks and it seemed to make sense to me.
I have serious back issues so I am sure people will have different experiences.
I have had mine now for 1 week. It does help. I also helps for a fairly long time after I use it. I always put the high end at the base of my spine as that is where my pain is. It seems to stretch and take some of the pressure off the vertibraes down there. I do it for about 15-20 minutes at a time.
I think it helps , and time will tell whether it is something that can really be lifechanging like the informercial seems to say. I sort of doubt that it will help to that point but do think it might help me reduce my pain level enough to perhaps reduce dose of narcotic painkiller.
Difference between acceptance and rejection region?
Some researchers say that a hypothesis test can have one of two outcomes: you accept the null hypothesis or you reject the null hypothesis. Many statisticians, however, take issue with the notion of "accepting the null hypothesis." Instead, they say: you reject the null hypothesis or you fail to reject the null hypothesis.
Why the distinction between "acceptance" and "failure to reject?" Acceptance implies that the null hypothesis is true. Failure to reject implies that the data are not sufficiently persuasive for us to prefer the alternative hypothesis over the null hypothesis.
