Explain the pros and cons of the Doppler moderator temperature coefficient and coolant void on pwr bwr hwr rmbkgcrlmfbr and msr?

You are asking a lot from Wiki answers. These are senior level nuclear engineering questions. PWR's and BWR's don't control on doppler and use it very little since what doppler does is affect the resonance capture of neutrons by plutonium as they are slowing down. PWR's don't rely on coolant void fraction since the steam voids are only transient on up power manuvers and don't exist steady state. BWR's do rely onthe void fraction to provide negative feedback and simplify control of the reactor. RBMK's do use doppler for control since they are primarily used to convert U238 to Plutonium. I am not familiar with the other reactor types you mentioned. For a better source of nuclear information I suggest that you visit the NIOF website (Nuclear Is Our Future) and follow the links.

Does the rise and fall of one country effect other countries around the world?

Yes. Countries are interdependent on one another and lots of things happening in one country affects many other countries. So when a country rises or falls, it will affect other countries. A country may be overtaken by a rising country or may get free of a falling country. Trade may grow with a rising country, but fall with a falling country, and so affect the economy of many countries. The culture of strong countries can spread into other countries as it becomes stronger. A rising country may gain more influence and help some countries. If a powerful country falls, its friends lose some of their influence and support. So, yes the rise and fall of countries do affect other countries for many reasons and in many ways.

What is the difference between root and solution?

Comparison between linked and array lists?

The difference between linked and array lists is in how they are stored. Arrays are a predefined block of memory into which information is stored or recalled. Any data element from an array can be retrieved in O(1) time. But if you need to increase the size of the array, you would need to create a new one and copy the contents of the old one into it. Linked lists are usually dynamically allocated during run time, and the only way to get to a node (a data element) is to traverse the list until you find it which makes the retrieval time slower O(n) . The benefit of a linked list is that you can insert new data elements without having to copy or move all the elements in the list as you would in an array. The linked list is better for large databases that need to add and remove items often, whereas arrays are better for list sizes that generally don't change.

What are the pros and cons of incineration?

Pros:

Reduces volume of solid waste

In a few cases the solid waste is safer after burning

Destroys biological threats, such as biohazard waste from medical facilities

Burning some materials can create ash that is useful for fertilizer

Can trap all emissions in filters, but production and disposal of filters may be hazardous.

Can be used to boil water and turn a turbine generator to make energy
