The simplest way is to change the keyboard layout in the operating system settings - look for something like "keyboard" or "input devices", and there should be an option somewhere to select keyboard layout or "input language" or something along those lines.

You will then change the entire keyboard, not just one key, but if you are familiar with the layout it is normally not too much of a problem.

Unless you take it to a computer shop most cannot be repaired. Especially if its the contact part. If it's just the plastic piece then you may be able to replace it from an old parts keyboard.

Most laptop keyboards are seperate from the main board and is just a thin membrane type board and can be replaced whole.
