Technically, creating a virus is not illegal; releasing the virus so that other users can be infected by it is illegal. I know that, but I would like to know some reasons why they are not illegal.

Okay, this is a file called iehelper.dll, what it does it is takes control over your internet and takes you to random sites. What you can do, is search the system 32 file for iehelper.dll, or run a scan with malwarebytes anti-malware or your antivirus if you have it. Good luck.

Not TinyURL itself, but its possible to go to a website that will. There's an option on TinyURL's website that will let you see where the link is taking you before you go to it. If you're worried about getting a virus, you may want to check that option.

Yes, it does use up some more memory, but unless you are using Norton (because it is a big resource hog) you will not notice a difference with 2-3 antispyware programs. I use a lot of antispyware programs and never noticed a true difference. I use AVG free as an antivirus too.

I've tried it before. It didnt during the year but now the newer version has actually gotten the virus. When you see if the file may harm your computer, click discard or disagree. Never download Toontown. My computer broke soon as I did last year. ._.

I recommend that you play different games that dont contain viruses. Viruses can damage and break your computer, so watch out if it says "It may harm your computer".

I have downloaded both the viewer and designer, and I have never gotten any viruses.
