Beginning a formal business speech is no different than any other speech or presentation.
- With a SINCERE SMILE, the speaker should start by courtesly greeting their audience, "Good morning", "Good afternoon", or "Good evening".
- Next, the speaker should clearly say their name, i.e., "My name is Charles Boyd." Note: If you aren't a celebrity, or world famous, you should still say your name again, even if you are introduced. Saying your name personalizes you, and affords you some time to focus your thoughts on your speech.
- If you are about to begin your speech and you notice and people are still entering the room, or the audience is resettling themselves after a short break, you would do well to not immediately jump directly into your subject matter. A better decision would be to tell the audience how delighted you are to speak to them about an important matter near and dear to your heart, and how you appreciate their attendance for such an important moment. Scan the room while you are speaking and be sure to make eye-to-eye contact with your audience. This action alone will strengthen your confidence and attract your listeners into your message.
- Once you are ready to 'officially' begin (the room has settled), you should launch into your speech with passion and conviction. There are precious few moments when it comes to public speaking. To waste any of those moments is to do a disservice to your speech and the audience's time.

Plus we dont have the weight or heat to cut a diamond UNLESS the machine is diamond tipped. You know the steel they make fire engine bumpers out of? That's diamond plate. To make a long story very short, how you cut diamond plate depends on what it's made from, but it cuts like flat plate does.

Cost of Fuel or C(f) is the cost of fuel per gallon converted to cents; so, times 100.
Example:
>Capt is paid 70/hr, FO is paid 40/hr and FA is paid 25 and then the extras = $150/hr operating cost
>fuel is purchased at 3.50/gal

Since higher cruise speed has a great number of advantages, the small sacrifice of range is a fair bargain.
Basically CIs are a way to penny pinch on each flight. If a plane can save as little as 200lbs of fuel on one flight, factor that value against the near 1500 daily departures of a large airline and you are saving yourself some serious change

Well, that is tricky to answer.
MS managed to get its operation system (OS) Windows on majority of computers. MS developed a new concept of SW sales. To IBM did not sell his OS, he leased it instead. That was in times, when people thought money were in hardware, rather then in software.
Moreover, despite not first, MS managed to develop and more importantly sell mouse style control of the computer, as well as windows drag and drop philosophy of working with SW. In some extend we can say that at its time MS was an Apple of that age. He spotted a niche market and developed a new concept of usability that people liked.
And then, it was just a snowball efect. :-)
