My first guess would be the starter selinoid. No, I don't know where it is in your vehicle. Follow the big wire back from the starter to find it. You're going to need a test light for this. Make sure there's power on the "battery" side of the selinoid, if YES, make sure there's power on the "starter" side when the key is turned to start. If NO, replace the selinoid - If YES, make sure there's power to the starter, if YES, replace the starter.

If the joint boots (plastic folded like an accordion) have cracks in them, the water and dirt gets in and destroys the joint causing a knock..especially when turning. As a sidenote, if the joint is worn out, check your warranty...this could be covered by Dodge.

The wiper(s) sweep can be adjusted by pulling the arm out off the splines where it connects at the base and repositioning it so it will sweep correctly without over-lapping off the windshield or bumping each other. When the motor is stopped, if one of the blades is in the correct OFF postion, remove the one that is not lined up and line it up with the other. Do not push the wiper arm completely back into the splines until you have turned the wipers ON and ensure both operate okay. Then you can complete the re-installation by pushung the arm all the way in to the splines.
