An oxygen sensor is located in the exhaust where it analyses the gases going out the exhaust, and tells the computer what's going on...whether to add fuel, take away fuel or if there's a problem in the system. It's anyone's guess what is wrong since the car is new and could have a glitch or factory defect but it should be under warranty. Keep harassing the dealer to get it fixed.

You can not successfully clean an oxygen sensor. You need to replace it.

It depends on the year but when my had the 3.5 intreped and Lhs both were 95's the rating was 250. I think they are pretty good engines. If you mean in the newer magnums it is probly a little more since they (Dodge) have upgraded them.

If you're talking about paying someone to do it.....it can be costly. It's a difficult and time consuming job. Just depends on what area you're in, who you have do it...etc.

Reaching the water pump of a 5.2 liter Dodge Ram requires removal of the engines serpentine belt, heater hoses, several components as well as draining of the coolant. After replacing the water pump it is recommended to flush the coolant and rid the cooling system of any air pockets.
