Nope. I believe they started doing that in 68 or 69. JHC

Try replacing the PCM (Power Train Control Module) and see if that helps...if not then check with dealership. This same experience has happened with me and several other family members as we all own Dodges. Hope this helps.

No one knows who invented the hemi engine. The Welch motor car in 1904 made the first use of it and Chrysler corporation continued to use it. Porsche also has used the hemi engine a lot.

There are pages and pages of things that can cause a check engine light. You need to have it checked with a scantool. Then the code can be diagnosed and repaired.

Any thing but stock, Look into getting a 5" from the turbo back with a no backflow muffler. You may get a check engine light permanently on but the truck will run much better.

It isn't hard to do. After buying the plug wires, remove one by unplugging it from the distritutor and plug. There may be some clips holding it on the engine as well. Take the wire and find the new wire that is the same length. Install the new wire the same as the old one was. Do that seven more times and that's it. good luck.

A PO300 is random cylinder misfire. If It was a PO301 that would mean that number one cylinder misfire. With out checking the car I would only be guessing. The most likely would be plugs and wires.

nothing, it should be as high as possible in the engine bay-- it's just a vent. Hopefully it stays above the water line should you get in deep water

I'm prteey sure it's under the hood in the fuse box. The cover should tell you what relay is what.

The 01 ram 2500 has a possy rear end. it depends if it was ordered with a limited slip carrier. the diffs do not come with lockers. if it has a tow package it most likely has a a limited slip.

To reset the maintenance required light on a 1989 Dodge D50, disconnect the battery. Leave it disconnected for 10 minutes before reconnecting it.

To reset the ECM remove the battery cable (s) for a few minutes. Replace cable. ECM has been reset.

As stated in a factory manual. (1) Didconnect & isolate the negative cables of BOTH batteries. (2) Raise & support the vehicle. (3) Pull back the protective rubber boot from the starter solenoid power cable (on top of starter) far enough to access and remove the nut that secures the cable and remove the cable. (4) Remove the nut that secures smaller solenoid wire and remove the wire. (5) Loosen the three starter bolts and take out the two hardest to get to. (6) Support the starter with one hand and remove the remaining bolt with the other hand. Then lower the starter down. (7) Reverse this list to install. Hope this helps.
