Well, you can't really train your dog fast. It takes time to train a dog. You can go to a local animal shelter, and get a video that is free. That help me so much. You can buy puppy training pads or if you cant get any of them use newspaper. If your puppy/dog starts to go on the floor quickly put them on the paper/training pads after a few days if they start going on the paper put them outside after they have been and say: Good boy/Good girl. Eventually you can remove the paper completely and if you see them sniffing put them outside again and say: Good boy/good girl. After a while they can control themselves until you put them outside hope this has helped!!

How many times should a lab puppy take a nap?
my lab is a 2 yr old male who is fixed ( dont know if that matters ). he goes to bed outside at 11pm but some nights he can be heard pottering around so i dont think he sleeps right through . in the morning i would wake him at 8 am but he is constantly napping , he is asleep here beside me right now

I have always heard they do this as a means of showing that you are dominant. If you are the Alpha dog in the home, then all other dogs in your "pack" would see you as their leader.
