Well you don't actually want your dog to poop on the mat you want it to poop outside so when it poops in the house just shout at it and smack it, this might seem cruel but it will pay off then move the poo into the garden if you have one and it will see the poo there and no it has not got told off and do it there instead or if you don't have a garden then get scented mats that make the dog want to go on it and give it a treat when it does and then start taking the dog on longer walks and it will not hold it in so when it does the toilet praise it and give it treats.

Some dogs will go back into heat soon after having puppies, even if they are still nursing them. In that case, it is normal for a dog to start to bleed after 4 weeks of having puppies. If the blood smells bad, looks odd, or if your dog seems ill, call your vet since she could be in need of treatment for an infection or other problem.

This is a subjective question that really depends on the breed. Large breeds need to be at least, 3 years old while smaller breeds should be around 2 years old. The age is a serious consideration because the younger the animal the less developed their body systems and bones are. A thorough belly rub focusing on the upper belly should do the trick. it will feel funny to touch a dog's belly when it hiccups but that should help. This works but here are some other things that work:

1. Stretch your dog out gently on the floor if it is a large dog to extend the belly area, for small dogs you can gently lift the hind legs but not for very long

2. Startle your dog with an unusual sound to get it to refocus

3. If those don't work then engage your dog in playing to get the dogs breathing pattern to change but again caution

SO when taking your puppy a bath DO NOT use human shampoos. It will make there fur flaky and itch because there skin is more sensitive and cannot take it. Also take your puppy a bath once every 4 to 7 weeks.

That's pretty old for any dog to give birth. The oldest dogs I have ever bred were 5 yrs old. If this dog has been breed every year, she should probably be retired and allowed to just enjoy life.
