It depends. A school person can use "reasonable force" in getting students under control. The key is what a reasonable and prudent person would do under the circumstances that are present when the incident occurs.

They are expected to inculcate values about community development toward their students. Of course before doing anything, they have to motivate first and make the students aware about their community. Teachers are leaders expected to influence young minds toward formulating solutions on problems faced by the community; how to manage the resources within. Since school needs help from community because of the resources applicable for students' needs for learning and discovery it is expected that school through teachers should offer help toward community. Hand in hand they should aim for productive development.

Teachers are responsible for organizing and managing very large numbers of students. Often the method or procedure they are using is one that has been developed over the years to help them keep track of those students and stay organized. Teachers are human beings, just like the rest of us, and they are just trying to stay ahead of the huge pile of work that is always looming over them. The systems they put in place are there to make that go more smoothly. While I can't speak for every teacher, it's usually not just a power trip, so give the old folks a break and follow the guidelines for the particular way. A happy teacher is a wonderful asset!!

Hi you need to study A levels to become a teacher. You need at least 5 GCSE Passes or more to study A levels. When your at college you need to study the subjects you would like to teach but I would say you might have to do English and maths because there the main ones. To study maths as a A level you need at least a Grade B or C depending on what college you apply for maybe you should find out or ask them or even look on the websites but for English I'm sure you need to get a grade C and for Maths its a grade B. If its a language you want to study you need a grade B and in the other subjects it just usually a grade C.
