Either just quit choir or go into your room, take out dolls or figurines or anything that looks like it's looking at you and sing in front of them. Sing with your heart. Supposing singing isn't your thing. I never had stage fright. After singing with dolls or something, call over family, and sing in front of them. Make sure that you practiced. If you have a karaoke machine, sing with it and your mic. Control your voice by using hand gestures! Aproach the song. To practice high notes practice saying aaaa a lot! For low notes try ahhh, for control on every single note. Practice scales. And when you preform for your family, dress flashy. When singing for the choir, feel confident, once you get the hang of it try for solos!

If a students gets stuck in a classroom chair the teacher must find out where the student is stuck and try to remedy it. If the teacher cannot get the student in the teacher should get the assistance of the principal, custodian or even the fire department if that is necessary. The teacher must make sure that the student does not get harmed while trying to free the student.

In many cases businesses and institutions of learning have a very low tolerance for sexually inappropriate behavior or unwanted behavior. In some cases the site will have even have a zero tolerance for certain behaviors. In some cases conveying what a person says or does to make you uncomfortable will put an end to the problem. If it continues or you feel something has happened or been said that is beyond approaching the person and discussing it with them then going to the schools administration should at least yield them advising the teacher of what the problem is and what they need to do to immediately correct it. Should the problem continue contacting the school administration will result in more drastic actions being taken against the individual if they have not already been done so after the incident was first reported to them.
