Can the karelma Hercules be moved without a battery if so how?
Yes it can, Under the left hand side of the dash there is a red button, keep that pressed and you can maneuver the Scooter free wheel style.
the advantage of ICT is simply that it makes our life much easier, much faster and in other words a bit more entertaining.

What is salt bridge and give its function in a galvanic cell?
Salt bridge is a U-shaped tube contains a gel permeated with a solution of an inert electrolyte such as Na2SO4. The ions of the inert electrolyte do not react with the other ions in the solutions and they are not oxidised or reduced at the electrodes. The salt bridge is necessary to complete the electrical circuit and to maintain the electrical neutrality in both compartments (by flow of ions).

Why capacitance decrease with an increase in distance between plates?
This is because a capacitor works on the principal of electro-statics. The closer the plates are to each other, the greater the effect of the positive and negative ions attraction across the dielectric constant. The further the plates are from each other, the lesser the attraction hence lower capacitance. Larger plate area increases capacitance also.
If you have ever taken apart an electrolytic capacitor, what you'll find is two thin strips of aluminum foil with a strip of paper between them that was soaked in the electrolytic acid. When you unroll the assembly (wearing gloves), you'll find that the plates are quite long. This makes up the surface area of the two plates, which is one of the factors that determines the capacitance.
Is it okay to use electronics during a thunderstorm?
Usually yes, assuming that the circuit your house is powered on doesn't take a direct lightning strike, or the power plant itself isn't hit you will be fine. However you are taking a risk. Surge suppressors WILL NOT save you from a direct strike at all, and only the very good ones will help vs. a "brown-out"(where you lose power slowly which is pretty bad for electronics too). That being said I usually take my chances when a storm is coming in, but I know that if my computer fries I only have myself to blame. You heard the saying don't use an umbrella during a thunderstorm. the reason being that the sky has tremendously charged particles expecting to discharged as soon as the path can be ascertain either to ground or another cloud, BY pointing an umbrella skyward you are inviting a discharge though the umbrella So pointing an antenna skyward will accomplish the same. ZAP.
What is needed to make a citrus battery?
You need a citrus fruit, a copper wire, anda galvanized nail.
Stick wire and nail into fruit about 1"-2" apart, an be careful not to let them touch or puncture a hole through the bottm. It will only light a lightbulb that uses 4 volts or less, so it isn't a very efficient energy source.
Does the spy net snake cam have to connect to the video watch?
I'm not sure if you mean if the only way to use the snake is with the watch, or if the watch will only work with the snake. I'll answer it both ways.
First, the watch has its own camera, the snake isn't needed. It does add a "cool" effect however, because you can put the camera anywhere on you as a hidden camera. It makes a nice hidden camera as a fake button (stands out a bit, because it's black).
Second, the snake also works as a web cam. It comes with a USB attachment so you can hook it to your computer, and use it for video chats/etc.
By "electronic copy" one usually means an image of a document so that it may be stored on a computer system. Adobe's .pdf format is very common for this type of representation, but it is by no means the only choice.
The term can also refer to any computer representation of the material contained in the document, including textual form or a Word-processing document.
No. A diode conducts in one direction but not in the other.
Types of break-over devices in industrial electronics?
These would include triggering devices or the Schmitt trigger. They help to control another electronic circuit from the one that you are using.
Which electronic device manipulates data so that useful information can be generated?
An electronic device used for processing data.
What is two or more electrical components connected together called?
Two or more electrical components connected together is called a circuit. Depending on how components are connected, it is either an open circuit, closed circuit, or a short circuit.
How phase shift oscillator introduces phase shaft of 180 degree?
You mean "how does a phase shift oscillator introduce a phase shift of 180 degrees?"
OK, we need two things for this type of oscillator:
1. A loop gain of more than 1.0,
2. A loop phase shift of zero degrees.
The PSO achieves the gain using a valve, transistor, or op amp. It achieves the loop phase shift using (i) an inverting amplifier, equal to a phase shift of 180º, plus (ii) a network (usually resistor-capacitor) with a further phase shift of 180º. The loop shift is thus (180+180) = 360º/ zero degrees.
It's easiest to use a three-part phase shift network, as the theoretically-possible two-part is difficult to make work, and the four-part is unneccessarily complex.
The required phase shift of exactly 180º occurs at only one frequency, determined by the values of R and C.

Do you mean "can current flow in both directions"?
In theory, yes.
What are the common defects of capacitors?
Basic defect - it ceases to insulate between its two terminals and passes current that it should not.
Short circuit - the insulating material (dielectric) has failed and is allowing the two metal "plates" to come in contact. Depending on the circuit, effects range from simple loss of performance to failure to operate to destruction of other components. Easily detected by lifting/disconnecting one lead and measuring resistance.
Leakage - less severe than a short circuit, but the capacitor is allowing current to flow that should not. Usually an internal fault (partial failure of dielectric), but a faulty case may cause leakage, and other components connected to the capacitor may be the cause, making the capacitor appear faulty. Less likely to cause damage than short circuits, but severe leakage may cause other damage, moderate leakage may cause lack of performance or stop operation altogether. Some circuits are highly sensitive to leakage even if it is less than microamps (millionths of an amp). Resistance measurements will often help but (i) the leakage may only be apparent with considerable voltage applied - more than common meters do, and (ii) some types, especially electrolytics, exhibit leakage from new, so you need to know how much is acceptable.
Open - the capacitor does not allow any signal to pass. The most common symptom is loss of operation/ loss of performance, but some circuits can suffer damage if the capacitor is a critical part of its operation. Resistance measurements are of no use, so you need to use a capacitance meter or test by replacing with a good capacitor. If the new one fixes the problem, you've found the fault.
Intermittent - may be open or shorted. Intermittent leakage is possible but much less common. Tuning capacitors with moving plates often suffer intermittent shorts due to dust/metal fragments or bent plates (shorts), or faulty grounding "wipers" that have oxidised (rusted) or gotten greasy/dirty (opens). Tuning capacitor shorts can often be confirmed by inspection or resistance measurement, opens by inspection/cleaning.
Drift - the capacitor's actual capacitance increases or decreases, usually slowly, to a point where the equipment no longer works as designed. Observing equipment performance may confirm this fault, if not then measurement will be needed. Drift may happen with excessively high or low operating temperatures, and the equipment may work perfectly in the service shop at normal room temperature.
