When composing a message, click the square smiley face emoticon located to the right of the 'Text Color' and 'Highlight Color' icons below the 'Subject' line. Doing so will reveal 79 emoticons, including a heart (and broken heart) on the bottom row. Click the heart to insert it into the 'Compose' box.

To avoid any suspicion, come back to the public library to check that e-mail. Or use a friend's internet...

Assuming you're talking about emails... You have three options. (1) 'unsubscribe' yourself from their mailing list (there should be a link in the email you get) - (2) mark the next one you get as 'spam' or 'junkmail' - which will send all future emails to your junk-mail folder - (3) block the sender - which will simply 'bounce' future emails back to the company.

It depends on the email provider program. Look for an icon that says "Attach" or "Attachment". Click it. It will open your filing system on your computer. Navigate to the folder and file. Double Click on the exact filename. You should see a bar on the email program that shows it is uploading the file. When it is done, you will see the filename without any bar.
