But only if, in the process of Project Purity you sacrifice either yourself or Sarah, from the Brotherhood of Steel to go into the purifier and enter the code 216 into the machine to stop it from exploding. Which then sends the clean water out into the Wasteland but in turn kills whoever is inside, from high levels of radiation. But if the code 216 is not entered in time the purifier blows up from high pressure and the clean water is not released and everyone near the purifier is killed by the explosion including yourself. Which in turn means that Project Purity FAILS! SO.... all together Project Purity can either fail or succeed depending on how you decide to play the game.
