When I was pregnant with my first (I have 4) it seemed like it took forever to feel the baby move. I don't think it had anything to do with my size. You probably just don't recognize the movement for what it is. I am very large, and the second time around I think I was about three months when I felt the baby move. I am thinking it was around the 4th-5th month with my first. I am a large woman and i think that sometimes during the first one you think that you feel something. sometimes you feel fluttering and its just small movements. you can really start to feel some real kicks around the fourth month. as you go along they get stronger. I've had 3 and i started to feel kicks about the end of the fourth. but everyone is different. Most women, large or small, feel a first baby move around 20 weeks. I remember vividly when I felt mine as we were visiting family and when I screamed they thought I had hurt myself. Second and subsequent babies are usually felt about 15-16 weeks. One of the reasons I thought I was having twins was because I felt movement at 13 weeks. A partner or friend may not feel the baby move because of intervening fat but as the woman feels it from the inside her size makes no difference

Mifprex aka the abortion pill RU486 can be taken up to week 7 and makes the fetus let go of the uterus wall. So no I don't think so. If you take it later in the pregnancy though I don't know. It might cause bleedings and hurt the fetus. There have been cases where the abortion failed and the baby was born fine but don't count on it.

That is totally up to you .if it were i would keep my baby. i also think if you are old enough to make the decison to lay with someone and create this baby you should take care of it. do not even consider abortion. it causes a lot of mental and psycological problems later in life. Hopefully you have a lot of family support. You will need it. I was 16 when i got pregnant and 17 when i gave birth it was a real experience but it was all worth it . I love my little girl who is 2 now. she is my world and i am still with her father when have actually been together for 5 years and have been married for 1 year. Just remember everything happens for a reason. God had a reason for you to get pregnant right now you don;t know why and may never know. But just pray about it and talk to your family and if you have a lot of support it will be great it will be hard don;t get me wrong but it will be worth it. At 6 weeks, the baby's heartbeat can register on an ultrasound. If the Yolk sack is void of a live foetus, there will be no heartbeat. You will either sponstaniously abort this pregnancy (miscarry) or your doctor will recommend a D+C. The information above is not entirely correct. If you are off by a few days on impantation the fetal pole may not have developed yet. This is why many doctors do not like to do early ultrasounds. Fetal Poles usually develop between 5.5 weeks and 6.5 weeks. Don't give up hope yet! I just had a transvaginal ultrasound at 6 weeks gestation. The yolk sac was visible and pregnancy was confirmed but no heartbeat was detected. In a week, another ultrasound will be done to look for the fetal pole. The obstetrician noted that everything appeared normal except for not seeing the heartbeat. He noted that it was entirely possible he just couldn't see it; thus, the scheduled ultrasound at 7 weeks. Distinct changes take place in just a week and that is what your doctor will look for to determine viability. If your Hcg levels are rising appropriately and everything else appears normal, it may just be too soon to see the heartbeat. Don't give up hope yet. I haven't. Give your baby time to develop and the doctors time to be able to see it.
