There are many types of four wheelers out there. The weight of each four wheeler is different based on the size, make, model year etc. For a ball park number, most four wheelers weigh in between 3 and 700lbs. For example, on late model Yamaha ATVs a small sport quad (raptor 250) weighs about 330lbs a large utility quad (Grizzly 700) weighs about 690lbs. With that said, a normal sized ATV on average would be between 420 to 520lbs.

According to the owners manual (page 238 in my book) the VIN number is located where the front bumper brackets meet the frame right in the center stamped on the top side. and the engine number is located on the side of the rear crankcase right beside the foot brake. Good luck.

a great racing four wheeler is a Yamaha banshee or a Yamaha raptor.........but those are very small bikes and ment for going fast if you want one very fast and can go through tuff stuff get a can- am 800 renegade

no there top speed is about 70 mph about the same top speed of a 400ex i would have to say a Honda 450r , Yamaha yfz450 suzuki ltr450 just because they have more cc's don't mean anything to these bikes{ excluding small bikes}

It seriously depends on the situation and skill of the rider. A fourwheeler has an advantage in safety since it has a much more stable wheelbase but they are usually much heavier than motorcycles which makes them more dangerous in a roll over situation. A motorcycle is light and easily controlled by an experienced rider but the risk of having an accident is increased in hazrdous conditions because of the ease of laying the bike on its side when the tires lose traction. You are more likely to have an accident on a motorcycle but an accident on a fourwheeler can cause greater amounts of injury.

need to know why 300 kawasaki bayou nwill crank with start rope but not with battery .Starter ingages when running but not with new battery. DO I have battery hooked up wrong

Well mostly commonly a four wheeler is known as a ATV or (a dirt bike with four wheels).

Sometimes people call them quads because in Spanish quadro means 4 and if you take tro off then you get quad.

On left side of frame - the side with the shifter. It will be almost right behind the wheel. So you will have to turn the wheels to see it.

There is many different things that can be wrong. If you have lights but the starter won't spin, then you could have a bad break light switch,a bad starter switch, bad starter solenoid, or even a bad starter. If the starter does spin but the motor won't start it could be a bad spark plug, bad coil, fuel blockage, carburetor that needs to be cleaned out, or bad stator.
