Possible kidney stones or an inflammation of your kidney. It also could be something with your intestines. If its kidney stones and they are small they will eventually pass from your kidney based simply on gravity. You may have some burning or possibly a little bright red blood when urinating and that could indicate you passed the kidney stone. If they are larger then you will probably need to have the process where they use something like an ultrasound in order to help them along. The worst case senario of course is surgery but that it pretty rare. It's very common for people that no longer have their gallbladder to get kidney stones. Yes - if you just underwent a gallbladder surgery. It will take some time for your digestive system to adjust because there's no longer a gallbladder that will store the bile. So, the bile will flow continuously.

Just be careful with the food you eat, it might trigger a stomach discomfort or even a diarrhea.
How do you relieve pain cause by gallstones?
Generally a cholecystectomy is required to relieve the pain caused by gall stones. A cholecystectomy is the surgical removal of the gall bladder. Also, eating fatty foods triggers the gall bladder to contract and try to squeeze bile and digestive enzymes into your small intestine to emulsify fat for easier absorption. If you reduce the amount of fat you eat, it will make the gall bladder contract less often. In the end, though, cholecystectomy is indicated to treat this condition.

Try feeding your dog less food more often and bones in between so that their stomach acid always has some thing to work on and not your dogs stomach. So what your really seeing is no food just stomach bile.

What would cause a pungent odor and a waxy film on top of the water in the commode bowl?
Because we use commodes for both urine and feces, seeing this waxy film can be confusing. If a person has a gallbladder problem, there will be more fats in the waste. Physicians often refer to gallbladder disease as the "3F" because GB disease affects "female, fat and 40" (that comment isn't meant as offensive, but "3F" is a simple way to remember facts.) GB affects more women than men; more often in age 40 or over; and in women who are overweight. The person may have upper right belly pain after eating fatty foods. The pain can go "straight through" the body to about bra level at the bottom of the right scapula. If this description fits someone in your home, have them talk to the doctor. A simple ultrasound can confirm GB disease. A medication can help add bile salts when taken with meals. Unless pain is very severe, surgeons usually won't do surgery until it's really bad.
For the toilet, most of it should flush away. If you still see a film, use some gritty cleaner, like Comet. Just don't use other products together or you can cause deadly fumes. Make sure the person who has GB disease understands they should flush immediately after using the toilet. They can even sprinkle Comet along the bowl at the water level so less of the fat clings to the bowl.
