most contact lenses have a use by date, and tell you when to throw them out, but i dont believe that because companies do that so you can buy more of there products, but you will know yourself when you need new ones, :)

Did Irene Dunne have a glass eye?
No and I have no idea where anyone would come up with the idea the actress Irene Dunne had a glass eye. Irene Dunne lied about her birth date and was actually 40 years old when she made her debut. Although she was never considered a true beauty by Hollywood standards (then again what do they know ... I thought she was very attractive.) When Irene Dunne first started in movies glass eyes were completely stable (didn't move) and there would be no way that the movie cameras wouldn't pick this up. Glass eyes today are much better and one could get away with it.
Actually, Ms. Dunne was closer to 32 when she made her film debut. Kentucky birth records show her born in 1898, and "Leathernecking" was released in 1930. But as far as I'm concerned, she was ageless and terminally beautiful.

Lens cleaners typically contain a combination of solvents and surfactants that help dissolve and remove dirt, oils, and smudges from lenses. The solvents break down grime while surfactants lower the surface tension, allowing the cleaning solution to spread evenly and lift debris away. Many lens cleaners are designed to evaporate quickly without leaving residue, ensuring clear vision without streaks. Additionally, some formulations may include anti-fog or anti-static properties to enhance lens performance.
What are spectacle safe headbands?
Spectacle safe headbands are specially designed headbands that accommodate glasses without causing discomfort or damage. They feature a flexible and adjustable design, allowing them to fit securely around the head while providing ample space for the frames of eyewear. These headbands are commonly used in various activities, such as sports or outdoor events, where wearing glasses might otherwise be challenging. Their design helps prevent slipping and ensures that both the headband and glasses remain securely in place.

Is it ok to start wearing contacts as a 12 year old in 7th grade?
Yep! It actually doesn't really matter what age you are or so, but if you can take the responsibility to properly clean, sanitize your contacts wash your lens case every single day. It's a chore, yes but really worth it in the end! Also, you MUST see an eye doctor before buying buying contacts. I have seen so much cheap colored contacts in bazaars and swap meets, but only an Eye Doctor can properly fit and size your contacts to your exact need and size.
Also, don't be cheap on your contact solution brand. The cheap ones are usually the ones that cause infections and funguses like ''Fusarium Keratitis. Take care!''
It doesn't matter what your age is as long as your parents approve. I don't think any eye doctor would approve if you went to the doctor's office without neither of your parents there. They have to sign the consent form. So ask your parents first.
