I'm not sure but as i was told by some people that Google was mis-spelt because there were two creaters where one of them was a Russian and he had wrote Google instead of Googol. I'm not sure if this is a true fact.

Depending on the browser you are using, if you wish to reset your home page you will need to alter certain settings in the 'Tools' menu of the browser, sub menu 'Options'. Alternatively if you just wish to visit a previous page you had set a a home page then navigate to that page by typing in the URL in the address bar and then bookmark it or add it to favourites for future use.

Well, I was trying to change my birth year from 1997 to my real one 1987 for about 2 years so I can access 18+ contect.

Finally I found solution.

In Google+ profile (about > basic info > edit) you can change your birth date to anything that will make your age under 18 (if your age on account is currently <18).

So you change it to tomorrow date minus 18 years.

It means you change it to date which makes you 18 tomorrow.

Then you have to wait 1 day and now you finally 18 on your account and you can change it to whatever you want.

I had the same problem and went through every listing I could find. Finally figured it out on my own. Access your menu by hitting your middle button. Arrow over to the far left to the Get It Now area. 2. Get PIX & FLIX. OK. 3. My pix. OK. Select the picture you want to delete. Then go to Options.... Arrow down to 7. Erase OK. Your picture is gone.

You're going to need to basically put what you're going to try to accomplish with your website. And people also tend to put updates that they're doing with their websites and upcoming updates. There's really no RULE to what you should put on your home page.
