What is the physical change from a grape to a raisin?

Can rabbits eat grapes with seeds?
Rabbits can eat small portions (a bite or two now and again) of some fresh fruits as a treat but, although grapefruit is not toxic, it isn't recommended. See the related question linked below for more information.
Not in Grape Nut Flakes, but I'm not too sure about actual Grape Nuts. I would go to the store and check the ingredients on the nutrition label on the side of the box. That would probably tell you.
Wine could be made at home, but it's not as easy as one thinks. The best way to make your own wine is to purchase a wine kit at a local wine shop, and for best results, let it ferment there for 6 weeks or so (they have ideal conditions for that). It's not impossible to make wine at home. You will need a cool wine celar, place to store bottles horizonatally, a corking device, a bottle washer, wine testing kit, and, of course, grape juice. Then you will need to read a manual you get with the grape juice you buy from a winery, and follow it to a 'T'. This is a complicated process that does not guarantee that you will end up with the wine you will be able to drink... I'm not even talking about offering it to others. I think, it's easier to make moonshine than wine, if you want to experiment :-)
Technically, making wine can be very simple and involves few steps:
1. Sprinkle yeast into a juice that contains sugar.
2. Allow the yeast to begin converting the sugar into alcohol and carbon-dioxide.
You have just made wine.
To make good wine that you would want to consume, there are more steps to take, including measuring the sugar content of the juice, adding more if there is not enough to reach the desired finished alcohol level, allowing the yeast to do a "primary fermentation," and then racking the wine to a secondary fermenter after about a week to ten days.
After that, a winemaker will usually add clarifying agents and preservatives over a period of time. Depending on what the winemaker hopes for, there may be other steps as well.
How many pounds in a 5 gallon pail of grapes?
Mushrooms are almost entirely water, so the weight of 5 gallons of water will be a good estimate of the weight of mushrooms in the 5 gallon pail.
Five gallons of fresh water weigh 41.7 pounds, because each gallon of water equals 8.34 pounds.

Funny how such a small fruit can invoke such a plethora of eating strategy. I grew up around concord grape vineyards, and have developed my own, and apparently unique method to eating these succulent little purple gems from heaven...
The folks I have shown it to actually enjoy them this way too. I place a grape in my mouth, roughly with the top, or vine attached end, toward the back of my mouth. I squeeze the grape with my tongue against the roof of my mouth, which pretty much ejects the grape-meat from the skin. I swallow the grape-meat in it's entirity. I don't even chew it. it lacks almost all the nutrients that this fruit has. The health is in the skin of the grape, which I then chew and suck on for a second before swallowing. The true flavor rests in the skin, as I'm sure you know. By not chewing the center of the grape, the seeds stay in their little jelly-like home. As they pass through the digestive system, you may absorb some of the water of the grape-meat, and any outer nutrients, but the seeds will pass easily through the digestive system this way, and you still get all the flavor and fun of the grape as well as the nutrients and a tongue workout. I would say, however, if you have an ulcer or other digestive issue, that Jeff's suggestion above would be put to better use for you.

What can be found inside grapes?
Grapes can cause kidney damage in cats and dogs. The toxic mechanism is currently unknown. Approximately 32 g/kg of raisins (about 5 ounces for a typical cat) was found to be toxic. (undried grapes would presumably be less toxic, by weight.)
Ladybugs, like most other insects like sweet things. They might like the pure juice inside of th grapes, but perhaps not the grape itself.
What risk is taken if you use expired Grape Seed Oil?
Probably not much. The expiration date usually refers to a supplements' potency, so chances are the oil won't be as fresh or whatnot. Assuming oil is kept in good conditions, it can last for a very long time. It's possible that your oil has gone rancid, but if it hasn't, it's probably alright to use, though the effectiveness might have decreased.
Why does grape fruit taste bad?
The answer is that grape-flavored things DO taste like grapes, but not the kind of grapes found in most supermarkets. Thompson seedless, flame, champagne, and other kinds of grapes are more closely related to grapes for making wine. The quintessential grape flavor of grape candy, popsicles, and even grape juice concentrate is derived from Concord grapes. These do not travel or store well and so are rarely found in supermarkets or even farmers markets. Concord grapes are a real treat with an amazingly intense purple grape flavor and taste even better than grape-flavored items. Cherry has a similar issue: cherry-flavored items do not taste like commercially available sweet cherries (Bing, Rainier, etc.) The quintessential cherry flavor of cherry soda or even cherry pie comes from sour cherries, such as Montmorency. These are not widely available because they do not store or travel well. Sour cherries, like Concord grapes, have an incredibly intense flavor, but most people think they are too tart for eating straight so they end up in juice or pie or flavoring for other items.
Raspberries can be harvested all the way from mid-summer through to the first frost. The fruit is ripe when it can be easily be removed from the plant without being squashed. Fruit ripens at different times, so you will be able to harvest raspberries throughout the season
