If you mean Sniping, then you should try having a second profile logged on to your game in a private split screen match, then try taking shots at the 'AFK' person. then once you good at the range of the person try moving it back farther and farther, once you've perfected range then try movement. Get some tape and tape the movement stick so the player moves a little bit. To interlock you have to first be in forge.
