Well, usually it means if you have clicked on a male to mate then you need to have a female too. It could also mean you have too many fish in the aquarium, and will need to sell a fish to make room for the baby. But beware, sometimes the fish just aren't in the mood. Hope this helps! :)

you get a different colored baby sea turtles, at the moment i only got rainbow sea turtles from mating them. but i saw some say's that there are more variety of colors.

Sometimes fish die in aquariums when the ammonia level is too high. I recommend taking a sample of the water to a pet store to have it checked for anything wrong. I had fish dying and took mine to have it checked. When I got the levels water problems fixed my fish stopped dying. It could be from high ammonia levels, not enough oxygen, not the right temperature, or a disease or parasite

It used to be 20 pearls, and it still says (costs pearls to mate) under the pink turtle's picture in the store, but when you click mate it now says 17 facebook dollars. I'm not sure which is accurate.

As Happy Aquarium has been updated, I believe they have changed prices for different things. I'm also not sure if the above has ever been accurate. To mate the Pink Turtle (female) with the Green Turtle (male), it costs 18 pearls or 15 Facebook Dollars (equivalent to approximately $1.50).

To do this you must mate by clicking on the Pink female, because if you click on the Green male, it will say 13 coins (due to the strange hierarchy of the mating system). If eventually through mating, you get a Green Turtle (female), you can then mate the two green turtles together at 13 coins per mate.

The reason why mating the Pink Turtle (female) to the Green Turtle (male) is so expensive is because it's possible to create different colored turtles (however I won't say which one's so that I don't spoil the surprise).

you have to wait and see if any of your friends post anything saying "adopt this baby squid!" you cannot buy female squids, but you can buy male squids for 623 dollars in specials to mate the female and male. hope this helps :)
