When do the teenage hormones pass?

Technically speaking, they would automatically pass when you turn 20, as they would not then be "teenage" hormones any more!

More seriously, the hormonal changes attendant with achieving puberty and gaining your full adult growth will vary from person to person.

As with all medical issues, one should consult with a medical professional who can give you an answer more specific to you. Bear in mind, there is no "exact" answer, because those hormonal changes end when you are done growing, and there is no knowing the exact date that will occur.

Is it too late to start using progesterone cream if you are 10 days past ovulation and spotting?

I am not a doctor, but this happened to me. I started spotting only 7 days past ovulation and when I called my fertility clinic at 10 days past ovulation, they advised me to start progesterone, which led me to believe I still had a chance to be pregnant. I continued to spot for days 10 and 11. However, 12 days past ovulation (two days after starting progesterone) my period came. Although I think it's still possible to be pregnant with spotting and starting progesterone that late, if the spotting is related to your uterus lining breaking down, it is unlikely. I have a history of starting my period early despite having good progesterone levels, but if you do not have this history, it's possible your spotting is implantation spotting.

Your body is so skilled at regulating when you’re supposed to be awake that, if you follow a consistent schedule, it gets pretty good at beating your alarm and letting you wake up more gradually.

Certain stress hormones in your brain increase during the day and decrease at night. As the cruel alarm approaches, those hormones increase steadily from their nighttime levels to their daytime ones, waking you up slowly and naturally. If your alarm interrupts this process, the body learns to start increasing those hormones earlier so it doesn’t get jarred awake.

Waking up a few minutes before your alarm goes off typically means you’re getting a good amount of sleep, and your circadian rhythm is doing a good job.

How does oxytocin cause water intoxication?

Oxytocin and another hormone, ADH (anti-diuretic hormone) are very similar in structure. If there is too much oxytocin present in the blood it can begin to act like ADH. The job of ADH is to induce the kidneys to produce less urine and help the body retain more fluid. So too much ADH activity leads to volume overload, also known as water intoxication.
