You need to first work out your heat load for the house which depends on lots of factors. (Insulation, exposure, window area etc.). Since most heat pumps give an efficiency ratio of no more than 4 to 1. This means for every kilowatt of electricity you burn driving the pump you will get 4 kilowatts of heat. So if you think you can heat your house with 12 kilowatts of electric fires then you heat it with a 4 or 5 kilowatt heat pump. The trick with heat pumps is to find a good source of low grade heat that is still there in the winter. Ground coils, bore holes , streams, even pools, are all better than air to air systems because when you need most heat the air outside is coldest.

As long as the gel coat is not damaged. You can use an acetone on a non abrasive rag. It will clean the rust stain right off

if it smells like oil its because the motor is getting heated , its probably not a good idea to keep that fan because it might heat up excessively and burn your house down. change it asap

Replace it. This could be the shellac on the windings of the motor you're smelling because its getting hot. If it is definitely running cool then its probably the bearings losing some grease which is getting on the windings.

You can purchase and install a special screen made for gutters to keep them clean of debris at your local hardware store or anywhere gutters are sold.

you have a main furnace and it won't turn on ( is thermostat selected for this source), ( is the power switch for main furnace on ), ( is fuse for this furnace good).

I am thinking that may not be your best solution.. I used wax once on wood floors and managed to fall a few too many times. I would say use a conditioning treatment depending on the kind of floors you have. That is literally gonna treat them to were they will still shine and be clean on top of it.
