Why is the India's nuclear deal with US pros and cons Benefits for India?

I went through ur view,,but i found you a person who is motivated by politics.i have some benefits about this deal.. 1.after 40 yrs, when uranium will be consumed totally from the world, then this deal will have no value. 2. you mentioned about India-china relation.did u forget the war,did u forget the arunachal and sikkim issue?? 3.now global issue...china and Russia are close friends..the friendship between china and USA, we see now a days, is just a white lie to the world community. USA and china and Russia know it well.during indo-Chinese war Russia avoided us by saying "India is our good friend but Chinese are our brother" .the only country helped us was America.. 4.we know these renewable sources can fulfill our requirements, but if there is nuclear energy then it is an added advantage.. 5.if in future America closes the deal, then we have our hydro electricity, solar, wind power..if we see any violation in our sovereignty, then we can close the deal immediately...from now we have to invest more in solar, hydro and wind power. 6.again,just think why America choosed India for it,not china or Pakistan????? 7.a lots of Indians probably the largest in USA are living and also in UK...it brings a kind of good relationship with those countries.those NRIS invest a lot in our country. 8.our outsourcing industry depends fully on them.doesn't depend upon china and Pakistan.. 9.after 9/11,America has understood Pakistan as a migraine and now has tightened its jaws... 10.why china reacted a lot after this deal????is there any answer of this?? 11.lastly,if u think than America fears India and that's why it is trying to bring India under its control, then u r totally wrong..USA is more than 3 times of India,12 times more in economy and a technical power..we can never catch in power or economy because size matters...so,better make USA and UK as our friend, forget about china-India relation.

What is the Impact of privatization on education in India?

Privatization - is the incidence or process of transferring ownership of business from the public sector (government) to the private sector (business).

The private sector is more efficient than the public sector.

The benefits of privatization include:

-better quality products

-lower priced products

-more efficient firms which have lower costs

-makes costs lower for other firms who use the product the privatized firm produces

-this increases employment and incomes across the economy

-Government no longer needs to subsidize product

-Government makes revenue from asset sale to spend on health, education etc

-Promotes technological advancement, again creating jobs and growing incomes

Globalization- Globalization is often used to refer to economic globalization, that is, integration of national economies into the international economy through trade, foreign direct investment, capital flows, migration, and the spread of technology

Globalization:

-Allows specialization, so countries can produce more goods more efficiently, increasing incomes and lowering prices/costs

-Countries can produce what they are best at and trade it for goods other countries can produce well, allowing both countries to benefit

-Countries which have a low savings level can borrow money from overseas to invest, thus increasing their incomes and jobs

-Countries which have a high savings level and don't know what to do with it can invest it in other countries and earn a return

-It makes technology improvements flow between countries, so all countries can reep the benefits of improved technology, by increasing incomes and jobs

-It allows people to migrate between countries, increasing labour force mobility. This leads to higher efficiency as people can move to the jobs they do best. This means higher incomes for all and increased jobs.

-Globalisation increases competition, making firms more efficient

-Globalisation allows outsourcing, which is beneficial as people can do the same job for less money elsewhere, and the people who did the job originally can get a job they are actually good at

-Globalisation puts downward pressure on inflation

-Promotes technological advancement, again creating jobs and growing incomes

Liberalisation- a relaxation of previous government restrictions, usually in areas of social or economic policy

Benefits:

-Promotes competition, which leads to lower costs and prices for consumers

-Competition promotes efficiency, so resources are wasted much much less

-Liberalization allows financial markets to provide loans to people who previously may not have been able to access loans that they can pay off, and it allows more financial instruments to be developed so people can choose the one that suits them

-Liberalization removes government regulations on the economy, which promotes jobs, lower prices, higher incomes and lowers inflation

-Promotes technological advancement, again creating jobs and growing incomes

There are several limitations to ABC.

Firstly it is expense to implement and maintain, both in time and money.
It still faces issue allocating some overheads to activities, for example supervisor salaries.
Management and employees can be resistant to the data it provides as it can make their performance look poor. They may even provide poor quality source data if they feel threatened.

Can you cancel a new car contract?

Most states have a three-day grace period after signing a contract for a car purchase, mortgage, etc.

That means you can change your mind within three days and get out of the contract.

After that, or if you don't live in such a state, you're stuck.

Most state do not on vehicle purchases. As far as I know California is the only state that has that law and it just went into effect in 2005.

In Texas, the law says once you sign the contract and take posession of hthe car, you are done unless it is a lemon. If you do not sign off on the car and leave it at the dealership, you foil the completion of the contract cycle in taking financing and registration. That is straight from the DOTx rules.

The car that my dad sign for the money was going to be out of pocket. There was no finance, because my dad would not qualify for loans. The car dealership was aware of my dads situation. The car was never purchased yet, no money has been exchanged. In the stat of California is he still liable?

Is bits pilani Dubai as good as bits pilani goa and hyderabad?

BITS Pilani Dubai (formely BITS Pilani, Dubai Campus) does not feature in the two available world rankings (Shanghai Jiao Tong University,China and Times Higher Education Suppliment,UK). The fact is it is not a university and awards degrees from BITS, Pilani; as such it might not even be considered for these rankings. In fact, the only Indian institutes that feature in these rankings are the IITs, IIMs and the IIScs.

But, still BITS, Pilani in Dubai is the most sought after engineering college by Gulf Countries Candidates(GCCs). If, at all it does come at the top in the near future, which is very likely, it'll be ranked in Middle East ( or UAE ) colleges\universities. It'll be ranked among the top few colleges in UAE just like BITS Rajasthan is ranked among the top few in India.

As far as the inter-BITS ranking is concerned, among the three campuses, it would rank second ( The new campus at Academic City provides world-class facilities ) if you compare:

  • the number of students ( 800 seats in Rajasthan and around 1200 seats in Dubai ) and faculty ( Faculty keeps on circulating, but Rajasthan faculty is the best ).
  • number of programs ( same as that of BITS, Pilani-India except that it doesn't provide B.E. Degree in Civil Engineering due to lack of infrastructure. )
  • number of labs ( Hopefully, labs may improve in the new campus of BITS,Pilani-Dubai. )
  • campus size ( Not as big as BITS Rajasthan. )
  • placement ( Both Dubai and Rajasthan campus guarantee 100% placement and good pay perks. )
There has been no publication thus far that has compared the three operational campuses, i.e, Pilani, Goa and Dubai. Goa campus is new, so nothing much can be ascertained though it has an amazing infrastructure for its students.

Demerits of present education system in India?

The biggest demerit of Indian Education System is the use of 'teaching methodology' as against the western style of 'learning methodology'. Under teaching methodlogy the emphasis is on the tecaher completing the given syllabus. The learning methodlogy is less of teaching and more of learning - self study; group studies; assignments; case studies; etc. Yet another demerit could be attirbuted to the lack of flexibility in choosing courses of ones intererst. In countries like USA they syllabus is quite vast and thus makes learning more fun!
