How many cores does the sandy bridge CPU have?
Why Intel T7500 is 2.2 Ghz and T8100 is 2.1 Ghz?
The T8100 is based on Intel's newer processor cores, dubbed "Penryn". They feature a smaller 45nm manufacturing process, as opposed to the "Merom" core on the T5xxx/T7xxx series.
They also include a new instruction set, SSE-4, but I doubt any software is making much use of that yet. Most notably they do consume less power than their predecessors.
So the "reason" why the T7500 is 2.2ghz and T8100 is only 2.1ghz, is that they are from two different processor families, and apparently Intel deems that the advances they put into the new Penryn core, allows them to have the cheapest member of the line running at a lower clockspeed than the T7500. Be it performance or power-saving that is the reason behind it, only Intel (or benchmarks) can tell.
Can Intel atom processor handle AutoCAD?
Short answer: NO.
Long answer: The Intel Atom processor is a very low-power, low-performance processor intended for netbooks that don't run processor-intensive programs. AutoCAD is one of the most processor-heavy programs on the planet, with even some dual-core processors suffering severe performance lag. For AutoCAD, I would recommend at least a high-end dual-core (upwards of a 2.6 GHz clock speed), like the Intel Core i3 or AMD Athlon II X2.
No doubt that amd turion x2 is better than athlon x2. So, I would suggest you to go for turion. But I want to know if core 2 duo is better than the turion x2. Any suggestions.
How can you block micro billing system from your computer?
There are a lot of posts on how to remove these files
but there can never be too many!
The pop-up is caused by two .exe files. MBS will change the names continually - I think they traul websites checking for postings like this so that they can improve their software.
However the two I know are monrtu.exe and monstu.exe.
You can find out the name of one of thse executables by running msconfig and selecting the startup tab - you will see all programs that start automatically when you turn on the PC - you may have to do a bit of work to identify which one it is. However typing in each exe name to google will help. Once identified you can check for these in the task manager processes tab. If you try to 'end process' here they will restart immediately - each one restarts the other. If you try to remove the exe from the start up it will be inserted straight back in. Therefore you need to select the boot.ini tab in msconfig and check the box marked /safeboot. Then restart the PC - you will be prompted to do this when exiting msconfig. When your computer has restarted in safe mode open up msconfig and delete the entry in the startup tab that contains the .exe. Then go to windows/system32 and delete the exes from there. Go back to msconfig boot.ini tab and uncheck the /safeboot checkbox and then restart your PC. This will have stopped your pop-ups. To remove all traces you can get a virus/spyware app to find them for you - however this is not necessary.
What brands of personal computers and laptops use Intel processors?
Almost all brands of PC's use Intel processors. Consider getting a Core 2 Duo, however.
depend which one you get, cores range from maybe dual or quad to 8 cores.
What technology did Constantinople have?
Developed a way of glazing pottery and invested in armor but most of the technology came from the Roman Empire.
What is the difference between pattern and core?
The mold cavity is made with the help of a pattern.
so, in mold cavity we pour the molten metal, to get the casting now if we want a hollow cavity again in casting core comes to play.
What actually you mean by 64-bit when you say 64 bit processor?
64bit processors have most registers specially the integer registers as 64bit. It can handle 64bit wide internal and external data. All internal and external buses may or may not be 64bit wide. - Neeraj Sharma
Can you install two Intel Core i7 2.66 GHz Processors on the same motherboard?
Not possible. Every motherboard only has one CPU slot and can only hold one CPU (even though the i7's a quad-core, they're built into one piece which fits into the one slot).
Why does Sony Vegas use only 1 core of my Q6600?
A lot of software does not support many core systems, sony Vegas is one of them. These softwares are single threaded softwares and use only one core.

How do you reset a Intel Atom TM Processor?
Processors do not have permanent memory. When power is not supplied any more they loose all data.
But motherboards have a special chip that keeps settings for whole system including CPU. If you need to reset something it would be the motherboard.
Which is better 1.5GHz dual core B800 intel celeron M or a 2.1 GHz Intel Pentium B950?
With the dual core you can process more, but with the pentium at a slightly higher rate, I'd go with the celeron however.
Is acer core i5 better or hp core i3?
IS ACER CORE I3 BETTER HP CORE 13 BETTER, what is the difference in price as well as performance
What is application of dual core?
A dual core processor has two (mostly) independent CPU's. The operating system can assign them (this is called dispatching them) to two different threads at the same time. Theoretically, you could get twice as much done in the same period of time, but this depends on other things, such as cache hit/miss ratio, memory latency, and (the biggest part) whether or not the software is designed to run multi-threaded. It is also worth noting that most threads do not run all of the time - they start and stop, and they wait for other things - so dual core capability will not have that much of an impact in many cases.
