What is 11 feet x 8 feet three inches converted into meters squared?

The first thing to do is to convert 11ft and 8ft 3in into just inches. Since there are 12 inches in a foot, your measurements are now 132in x 99in. Multiply them together to get an area of 13,068 in2 (square inches).

Now, the only thing left is to convert units. Remembering that 2.54cm = 1in and 100cm = 1m, AND that you need to square both the numbers and units when dealing with area, you should get:

(13,068 in2) x (2.542 cm2/in2) x (m2/1002 cm2) = approximately 8.43 m2 (square meters)

If you are not sure how I got this answer please let me know, I will try to clarify better.

Latest trends in flooring of kitchen and bathrooms?

The latest trends are seeing a lot of slate and travertine looks. The manufactures have been making great reproduction's in porcelain. Darker grouts are popular and there seems to be a lot less marble and granite. Larger tile are the fashion, 16 x 16 and 18 x 18 are frequent. Glass accent pieces are being seen in more deco tile. Patterns in tile have somewhat peaked in popularity but still done but with fewer tile. The cobblestone look has gone out of fashion. Wood is still very popular for kitchens. The darker wood floors are the "big" look right now, but just as pickled oak flooring in the 90's, that look will date itself quickly. Mid tone maple and cherry wood floors tend to be a bit more timeless but still have that "fashionable look".

How much fabric to reupholster a standard love seat?

depends on the seats... but for some regular bucket seats, it shouldn't take more then three and a half yards of fabric for each of the driver and passenger seats. You'll probably want to pick up about 2 yards of some thin foam and a lining fabric, such as burlap, muslin, etc. for doing the pleating and padded parts of the seat. However, I'm yet to have to do a rear seat, so I can't help you there.

Your room is magenta what other colors would go with it well?

If you have painted your wall(s) magenta then I recommend you go to neutral colours for the rest of the room. White or pearl grey light fabric for your window coverings. A similar grey for the carpeting or other flooring (white is just not practical for a floor). If this is a bedroom, white linens (sheets, pillow cases etc) and a paterned bedspread (duvet cover or quilt) with as close a match to the magenta as possible in the patern. Furniture (desks, dressers, etc) can be either a light wood or if you are ready to paint it, a grey to match (or slightly lighter than your carpet/flooring. The trim work (baseboards, window and door casings and other mouldings) will look great in white.

If you haven't committed to painting the walls magenta yet, you may want to try a "focal wall" Pick one wall, in a bedroom it is usually the wall directly opposite the entry door and/or the wall you have the head of a standard bed (or the long side of a daybed or mates bed) on. Paint this wall magenta and then paint the other three walls something else. If you are not adverse to pink, you can take the colour chip for the magenta and more up the scale for a lighter but related pastel pink. If pink is not an option, try a pastel of one of your other favourite colours. For inspiration, you may want to purchase a duvet cover that has the magenta in the pattern (as suggested above) and pick one of the other colour from it. Neutrals also work well, a pale pearl (cool) grey for the walls, and a medium (cool) grey for the flooring and furniture, white trim and ceiling and if you can find it either a fabric to match your duvet cover or sheer magenta window treatments.

In both cases, touches of black, please note I said touches, will give the room grounding

Yes a suspended ceiling can be installed at a reasonable angle.
