Since they are all differently manufactured, it is hard to say (it is for me at least)how to work them since you could have any of the iphone makes, or else a htc windows phone or android htc, or you could have a nokia windows phone. You could have anything. But you can ask at any mobile operator store such as vodafone, 3 or O2. It's very hard to fix, especially if you get that piece of crap phone from virgin mobile. I got it and I have barely had it a year and I take great care of it and now I have the same problem and I have tried everything I can without dismantling the phone or throwing it at a wall. Just call them if you have their number. They'll send you a free replacement (although it still sucks to put all your numbers back on and go without any of your friends knowing what's going on because you can't text them for a while or contact them easily)

there u can not buy an iPhone from meteor but what you can do is buy ur iPhone online say from eBay quite cheaply and go into meteor and buy a sim card and then put the sim into the phone this would not cost as mich o2 vodafone nd three are ripping us off and i don't agree with it plus when u buy ur phone from eBay nc etc. you will save around 200 euro and that's amazing.
