What are the ups and downs on jailbreaking an iPod?
the upside of jailbreaking your iPod is you can get all apps for free (including apps that usually cost money) and get some apps that are not even in the app store. the downside is sometimes the download goes wrong and it messes up your iPod. also sometimes (even if your download went right) your iPod can just stop working and you would not be able to fix it. if that happens you would have to get a new iPod.

Try go to the Apple store in the mall, my brother was able to convince them to exchange a new ipod (it broke 3 weeks after he bought it, not from the same store but he bought it online, and no receipt was needed).

hum that's the problem with the touch: you can't save on the go lists on it, you have to wait till you sync it and then you can make a new one!
