You can use a USB storage device (since the old computer has USB1.0 and the new computer has USB2.0) to move your devices.

Keep in mind if your older computer is Windows 98 or newer you should have no issues in plugging a USB device to download files.

In the Window Media Player there will be a tab saying Sync. It's beside a tab called Burn. Then this Sync bar will open p and you add songs to it. Then connect your ipod to the computer and as soon as you have created your list, it will sync automatically.

If you have the applications already in iTunes, then when you plug in your iPod there will be a tab called Applications. Maybe sure the ones that you want on your iPod are checked to be transferred.

it either means that the app is requires a microphone and can only be used with the iphone, or it means that your ipod needs to be updated and installed with a newer version.
