A mole of jelly beans would fill up how many buildings the size of the Empire State Building?

A mole is 6.022x10^23 particles. To find the volume of a mole of jellybeans simply multiply the volume of a single jellybean (1.192x10^-4 ft³) by 6.022x10^23. You get a volume of 7.178x10^19 ft³. Of course that doesn't take into consideration the air spaces trapped between the jellybeans, but...yeah.

So now you can just divide that volume by the volume of the Empire State Building and you'll have the number of buildings it would take to hold a mole of jellybeans.

(7.178x10^19 ft³) / (3.7x10^7 ft³) = 1.9x10^12 Empire State Buildings.

That's just under 2 TRILLION buildings the size of the Empire State Building. Truly, a mole is a dazzlingly huge number of particles and you can see why we typically only use it to count very small objects like atoms and molecules.

Which President was known for his love of jellybeans?

The first President to grow peanuts was Thomas Jefferson, who held a great interest in botany, as a part of his plantations crop rotation to replenish the nitrogen content of his soil for cotton.

Jimmy Carter owned a peanut distribution business that he inherited from his father. As a boy or young man, I think he probably did some planting and harvesting of peanuts for his father.

Jimmy Carter took over his father's peanut business after his father died.

It may have started as a peanut farm, but by the time that Jimmy ran it, other people raised the peanuts and the Carter Co. bought, stored and resold them.

Thomas Jefferson reportedly raised some peanuts but not as a serious cash crop.

When Ronald Reagan ran for Governor of California in 1966, he began eating jelly beans as part of his successful attempt to give up pipe smoking. The Oakland-based producer of the jelly beans sent a monthly shipment of jelly beans to the Governor's Office throughout Reagan's two terms as Governor. The company also made a custom-designed jelly bean jar for Reagan. The company continued to ship jelly beans to Reagan after Reagan left the governorship. In 1976 the company introduced the Jelly Belly brand. Within two years, the shipment consisted entirely of the Jelly Belly brand. The company provided the Reagan White House with Jelly Belly jelly beans for all eight years of Reagan's presidency. In February 1981 the company received official Government authorization to develop a Jelly Belly jelly bean jar with the Presidential Seal on it. Regarding Dutch Mill Candy Store - does anyone make their famous Rose Jellies now?

My grandfather started Dutch Mill Candy Store in Florida. It was later purchased by Fanny Farmer, and in then Fanny May. I do now know if anyone sells their famous Rose Jellies.

I used to work at a Dutch Mill Candy store at a mall in the Chicago area in the early 1970's. I cannot tell you how popular those rose jellies were--women mostly came in for them and were SOO disappointed if they were not in stock! I thought they tasted like shampoo--but there's something for everyone--and lots of people loved them. I don't have an answer for you, sorry--just a story to share!!
