Why Nurses works in call center?
Absolutely. Imagine a call center for health related issues. A caller calls in with some questions about medication and its effects. Two people are available to take the call. One is bright and easy to talk to, but comes from a background in hardware sales. The other is a person who has some nursing coursework on that resume that got the person the job. Which one is better suited to take the call? Which one would you rather talk to about the side effects of steroids that have been prescribed for an inflamatory condition?
What is the most difficult math problem?
The Riemann hypothesis it has never been solved.is a conjecture about the location of the nontrivial zeros of the Riemann zeta function which states that all non-trivial zeros (as defined below) have real part 1/2. The name is also used for some closely related analogues, such as the Riemann hypothesis for curves over finite fields.
The Riemann hypothesis implies results about the distribution of prime numbers that are in some ways as good as possible. Along with suitable generalizations, it is considered by some mathematicians to be the most important unresolved problem in pure mathematics(Bombieri 2000). The Riemann hypothesis is part of Problem 8, along with the Goldbach conjecture, in Hilbert's list of 23 unsolved problems, and is also one of the Clay Mathematics Institute Millennium Prize Problems. Since it was formulated, it has remained unsolved.
The Riemann zeta function ζ(s) is defined for all complex numbers s ≠1. It has zeros at the negative even integers (i.e. at s = −2, −4, −6, ...). These are called the trivial zeros. The Riemann hypothesis is concerned with the non-trivial zeros, and states that:The real part of any non-trivial zero of the Riemann zeta function is 1/2.
Thus the non-trivial zeros should lie on the critical line, 1/2 + i t, where t is a real number and i is the imaginary unit.
What are important considerations when working with customers?
I consider the most important when working with customers is to know about all the information about them. To understand in their situation. You should know their moods. And always have a good explanation about their question. You don't always need an answer but show you are willing to go the "extra mile" . You need to be patient & understanding. Keep the customer at the forefront and remember that the customer is always right or let them think they are.
And I also consider working with our customers is how we satisfy or to encouraged them to deal with our offers. But first, you could only do that if you had the skills in good communication with different types of people. Because the way you talked with them, the more they'll understand the offer, so tendency, they will encouraged buying. So, good communication is one of the important characters of how you deal with it. Then second, is good customer service. In customer service, you must have the ability to supply the customer wants and needs. Because excellent customer service is the ability of an organization to constancy and consistency exceed the customer's expectations. Good customer services are also making a commitment to our customers. So, that was the second important character when working with customers. Third thing is having strong negotiation skills. You must also have these skills, because it also boosts our relation with our customers and can also close a deal. So when you are working with our customers, these were very important. The fourth thing was service oriented. We are committed to assure our customers the highest quality of service at all times to satisfy their requirements and strive to exceed their expectations. When we design an organization, we need to consider how our policies and procedures will ALLOW our employees to build customer relationships. The more we can "do" for our customers, the greater number of products and services they purchase from our organization. If we increase the number of options for them each time they purchase or use our services, the likelihood remains that they will purchase or use our services in greater depth each time they purchase. Throughout the lifetime of our customers, we will have the opportunity to share our products and services with them. To the extent this sharing is beneficial to both parties will indicate the level of share we have the opportunity to gain. Over the course of this sharing, our products will gain a percentage of total sales in that category of our customer's purchasing life. This is our "share of life."
How do you handle a difficult guest?
Step one: Define the problem - Get a clear understanding of the problem. Ask questions and listen carefully to the response Try to understand the guest's current emotional needs. Summarize the situation with those involved to be certain the problem is clearly stated.
Step two: Evaluate your options - Examine alternatives, considering the consequences now and in the future. Ask the guest what he or she thinks the options are to resolve the situation. When in doubt about your authority to provide options, consult a supervisor.
Step three: Act now - Take action, based on the information you have aquired. Be specific when explaining to the guest what you are going to do and why you are doing it. Let everyone involved or impacted by the situation know of the action.
Step four: Look at outcomes - Try to solve the problem to your guest's satisfaction. Sometimes the guest will not be happy with the outcome, especially if it involves a safety rule that cannot be broken. Consider ways that you could have done a better job handling this difficult guest. To avoid repeating similar circumstances, see if there is an opportunity for coworkers to learn from this situation.
How would you describe acumen?
To consider these areas of business acumen more deeply, we've found that the skills and competencies that are most needed are the following:
Financial Acumen: It is important that leaders and employees have a comprehensive understanding of what drives profitability and cash flow. Practitioners need to understand a firm's financial statements, key performance measures, and how their decisions will impact value creation.
Market Orientation: In addition to recognizing how their business operates internally, it is important that leaders have a deep understanding of the external environment or what we call market orientation. This includes the ability to analyze and synthesize market and competitive data. It involves having a deep understanding of the customer's business objectives and purchasing criteria as well as an appreciation of the value of each customer to the company.
Strategic or "Helicopter" Perspective: In many organizations leaders grow up in specific functions or business units and are tasked to execute on tactical priorities. Business acumen requires an overall big picture understanding of the business. This encompasses having an understanding of critical interdependencies across functions and divisions, and grasping the short and long-term trade-offs of business decisions.

Any company customer/client courtesy is priority and management are trained to deal with angry situations. When talking use calm, slow voice,
