#1: The ideal life is one that is not lived as an animal. One in which every action is considered beforehand for its consequences in this world and in eternity.
#2: With regard to one's own spiritual well-being, the ideal life is the one in which all needs are met (spiritual need = requirement for that which is necessary in order to attain ultimate pleasure and satisfaction). What these needs actually are, is a great philosophical question that requires much work to answer.
What do you regard as the significant achievement in your life?
* My most-substantial accomplishment was completing my degree course while undergoing a series of treatments for mis-diagnosed ultra-rapid cycling bipolar disorder. Completing that degree was the hardest thing I've ever done. That experience alone introduced me to knowledge and understanding about my disorder to the extent that I knew about the disorder than did my psychiatrist. I also knew more about the possible treatments and side-effects, which led to my most-substantial personal accomplishment to date: being taken seriously and actually having some say in matters regarding my own body.
As to my success, I am now on the right medication (due to my suggestions about my treatment), and I have had the confidence in my studies and my experience to complain about the shocking lack of due care I was subjected to, prior to discovering my disorder by myself (I had to convince my psychiatrist, though, and that took 15 months). All this I mark as a great success.
If it hadn't been for my degree and the difficulties I faced, I wouldn't have discovered my true illness and wouldn't have had the success I've had till now with standing up for myself. This success, incidentally, has spread to other areas of my life: I am more assertive now than ever before; my knowledge assures me that I know what I'm speaking about.
This answer is long-winded, I know, but I couldn't have merely written the bare basics without confusing people.

Describe a time you worked as a team?
A situation that I participated in that required teamwork was during the recent holidays. As part of my sub-division's Christmas decorating team, I was tasked with getting donations for lights and supplies. Along with 12 other members, we worked diligently to secure donations from neighbors and local businesses. We also wanted to place a large Christmas tree at the entrance of the sub-division. As a team, we were successful in meeting all our goals and aspirations. This included enough donations for the tree, decorations, and lighting, as well as additional donations for local charities and toy drives.

Why are employers slow to hire?
Employers do hire job seekers. I think it probably just feels that way because employers often have many, many applicants for only one position, so a lot of people feel passed over when they are actively searching for a job.
Why are you changing the career?
This is a delicate question. You could say, 'I am no longer challenged in my job and I am looking for new opportunities to contribute my skill set to.' You could say, 'I reached the point where I could no longer advance in my job.'

What are your career expectations?
You should focus on your personal career goals and objectives when answering this question. Knowing what you want out of a career will help you decide if the position for which you are applying is a good fit for you.
How should you answer 'What are your achievements' on a job application?
The easiest answer is to list any 'awards/recognitions' that you have received within the last 5 years or so. Now if you are a recent college graduate - do not list anything from high school. Now let's say hypothetically you don't have any awards/recognitions/etc. You can list any of the following - Ways you've helped your community (could be recycling, community service, giving to charity, etc.) - Ways you've improved a process/efficiency at a previous job - Ways you've helped a friend or love one. You could tell a story about something you've done that shows compassion. If you have a wealth of criteria that you could list - find things that are most relevant to the position. If I'm being interviewed for a Director of Finance position - listing that I ran into the Mini Marathon may not be the most relevant. Although it does show endurance, dedication, and a willingness to perform 'hard work'. Try to approach it from 'their seat' - what could they tell by any statement? I organized a church bake sale - He/She's a leader - Caring/Honest - Organized, planner - Creative - Social/People person all that from a bake sale.
