The front track of the 2005 Kia Sedona is 5 ft. 4.4 in. (64.4 in.).
I had a similar thing happen on a Ford Mondeo 2002, and it has just happened to me today on the Kia Sedona. I expect it is a problem with the fuel pressure to the fuel rail being too low, which usually means either a faulty sensor or wiring, or at worst a worn fuel pump (expensive)! could also be fault codes in the ECU, need to take it to the dealership and get them to sort it.

Replace a head light on a 2006 Kia Sedona?
It seems that all car makers these days make things as difficult as they can for DIY guys like me. I've had a real time trying to replace headlight bulbs in my '04 Sedona. I've never liked this car, and I get new reasons to not like it all the time. Anyway, I found a link which will let you download your car's owner's manual. It has KIA stuff, but it may have other lines which I haven't time now to look for. http://www.analogstereo.com/kia_sedona_owners_manual.htm I almost quit the site when I saw some shinola about car insurance, but I noticed it was D/L'ing a file. Mine ran about 25MB. Yours may be larger or smaller. Good luck! Have a great day. Stay safe, and may God bless. I wish you His peace. Have a great day today and a better day tomorrow. Dan

How do you remove intake on a 2004 Kia Sedona?
First, disconnect the positive terminal on the battery. Then there is 2 nuts on either end of the manifold and 5 other 13mm bolts between the to nuts (DO NOT MIX THEM UP!). Then there is also three 13mm bolts on the firewall passenger side of the engine holding on the lift hook, also you need to take off 2 13mm bolts on the top holding the wire MiG bracket on, numerous 10mm bolts holding on sensors to the top of the manifold. Then there are the power booster brake vacuum line and two vacuum hoses to the throttle body that need to come off too, not to mention 4 13mm bolts holding the throttle body on it (first, loosen the radiator clamps holding the air induction system to the throttle body itself) and one 12mm bolt on the backside of the throttle body itself. Be very careful not to damage the throttle body gasket between the intake and the throttle body! (paper)- intake=(metal)
What is it mean when the engine light goes on in a 2005 Kia Sedona?
It means the computer has a code available to alert you to something that needs to be checked. It could be something simple and common, like a non-sealing gas cap that needs to be replaced. If the light is flashing while driving, it is a more serious problem that needs immediate attention, like an overheating catalytic converter system.
Many places, like AutoZone (no endorsement), will bring a code reader out to the parking lot and get the code for free.

I have a 2003 Kia Sorento and I just changed mine right at 100K miles. Now I'm having problems with the Cam Shaft Positioning Sensor, replaced Alternator belt and variable intake was leaking......spent over 1G in 2 months. I am the original owner. Hope this helps. You must do it before 60k (non-california). I would say between 55k-58k. Don't wait to long, when the belt breaks, your repair bill will be well over 5k.
No. I recently had my key break off in the ignition in a 2004 Kia Sedona. I had a locksmith remove it and make replacement keys that he was afraid might be coded because of the large size but after making 2 new spares, we discovered they were not coded which would have caused the engine to shut down after a few seconds. I can;t speak for all model years but in 2004 they were not coded.
