If pre-installed on your computer it should activate itself when it go online. If not open the startmenu and search "Activate Windows" , it will lead you through the process and if something goes wrong tell you what phone number to call(To Microsoft) and what to tell them. Best way is to take a permanent marker and put a bit of permanent color on the sensor. I used black permanent marker and rubbed(colored) it on top of the backlit keyboard sensor and now the keyboard light is on forever.

Its like like im saying something but their is a virus called the conflicker C worm no its not detectable since you all ready have the syntoms the only way is to use a really new software like windowslive onecare and the thing is can you get it to be on for like 5 minutes????? like how long till it um restarts

It could be that you comp bottom got to hot. Did you feel the bottom? My gateway laptop shuts down when the bottom gets to hot. Its annoying but a good reminder to let the air circulate more. If you let it get too hot for a while it will burn out. Like my old laptop did.

You dont normally need a flight mode on a laptop but if your computer has one it will be accessible in the Control Panel
