Yes, you would need to download the you tube song using a program such as VideoGet (inexpensive) and setting the output file type as an MP3. Once downloaded and converted the file will play on CD's adn most MP3 players including IPODs.

Limewire Basic is free, However there is also a pro-version available if your willing to spend about $15 USD. It is listed what version has what on the website but I woul'd just recommend getting standard and see if it meets your needs, before deciding to get pro.

From my experience, Vuze, formerly Azuerus, works light years better than Limewire. It has a nice interface and you can search for Torrents from within the program. if you want.

click on one file that has "mp3" under the category labeled "type" and download and wait till its finished, then right click it and select "save target as" name the it, then open up your media player (mines is "Windows media player" and do what you have to do.
