Which is better - mac or windows - Windows 7 and leopard or snow leopard?
This question is mostly an opinion, so I will share mine.
I have had many different computers, like Windows 3.1, 95, 98, 2000, ME, XP, Vista, and 7. I have also used and owned Mac OS X Tiger, Puma, Leopard, and Snow Leopard. In my true opinion, Mac beats Windows. Here are my reasons:
Mac Pros:
- VERY fast processors
- easy to use Operating System
- User friendly GUI
- Hardly ever get viruses (I have never got ONE)
- Last for a long time (I still sometimes use my iMac from 1995 and it works like new!)
- Most new ones have high def monitors like iMacs and MacBooks
- Unlike Windows OS upgrades that are hundreds of dollars, Mac OS X upgrades are usually $30 or less.
- Bluetooth and Wi-Fi built into all models (even Mac Mini, Mac Pro, iMac, MacBook)
- Comes with iLife which has iChat (free video chatting), iPhoto (like a Windows Live Photo Gallery), Garageband (music editor and maker), iMovie (advanced video editor), iDVD (Burn DVDs with cool menus), iWeb (create a website, you must pay a yearly fee for a MobileMe subscription), but cool.
Mac Cons:
- $$$$$ The computer costs a lot, but in the long run paying $1,000 for an iMac that you use for 8 years Vs. three $500 Windows computers over 8 years
- You have to get them fixed at a place that fixes Macs, most computer stores only work on PCs.
- Limited Software-Microsoft has over 90% of the world using Windows, so that means less software for Mac.
PC Pros:
- Initially Cheaper to buy
- available to buy everywhere, even Wal-Mart sells them
- Tons of free software available
- Comes with great stuff, but no stuff. (I mean, it comes with Microsoft Works, but they give you little features so you have to buy Microsoft Word).
PC Cons:
- More expensive because eventually after about 3-4 years, they die and you have to buy a new one
- Unless you buy a $1000 Windows computer, they all have slow processors and freeze up like crazy and say (Not Responding) and stay that way for like 10 mins.
- OS (Operating System) upgrades cost around $230-350
- Tons of crashes, my Macs have never frozen or crashed once.

They're pretty similar except the operating systems are in a bit different format. Although they're very similar as Bill Gates did make Windows after the "Icon Desktop" idea from Mac. The only visible differences are the different Internet Browsers, and Windows has Microsoft Office.
Although a Mac is a PC, it just stands for Personal Computer. A Mac is a personal computer.

The PanDigital eReader (in common with many mobile devices) does not support Flash. There was a firmware update (January 2011) which improved its performance and allowed the running of Android Apps but Flash is unlikely to be available for this device.

Mah Jong is an ancient Chinese game played using tiles like Western cards.
There are 144 tiles in a standard Mah Jong set (excluding jokers), which include:
Three suits of numerical tiles, counting 1 to 9 (Wan, Bamboo and Dots) (Four of Each)
Three different Dragon tiles (Red, Green and White) (Four of Each)
Four different wind tiles (North, South, East, West) (Four of Each)
Most sets also include four Flower tiles and Four Season or Trade tiles.
Mah Jong is played similarly to Western Rummy games, with the purpose being to form sets in ones' hands, specifically four sets of three, and a pair. A set is any three identical tiles, or any run of three numerical tiles. Each turn, a player draws a tile, and discards a tile. If another player discards a tile one player needs to complete a set, the player may declare as much, and claim the tile.
The game is one when a person draws a tile that completes their hand, and they declare Mah Jong. Hands are then scored based on the kind of sets, and their suits.
Typically, four rounds are played, with whomever has scored the most points at the end of the ruins being the winner.
There is also a popularized version, called Mah Jong Solitaire, which is what most recognize when one refers to "Mah Jong", where the tiles are arranged in shapes and removed in pairs, the purpose being to remove all tiles.
