above 15*F (-9*C) - 20w40, 20w50

above -15*F (-26*C) - 10w40, 10w50

-15*F to 85*F (-26*C to 29*C) - 10w30

Below 32*F (0*C) - 5w30

below 0*F (-18*C) - 5W20

for 1991

above -15*F (-25*C) - 10w30

Below 32*F (0*C) - 5w30

vielside rx7 goes about 538mph thats how fast it goes because vielside uses 1234 horse power v8 engine doubled with n20 to make it more faster.

i would assume as you asking this question that you don't have the cover??

in that case your best bet is to ring Mazda and give them the serial number of your car and order a new cover- howver they will probably make you buy the whole fuse box and knowing Mazda you are probably looking at over £50 (that's 100+ dollars to the people on the other side of the pond)

failing that Google search and you may get lucky but who knows whether the way the fuses were arranged were the same for each model year???

if you could find another person with a 91 RX7 with the same model name and similar optional extras then you can be pretty sure the fuses will be in the same order.

There isn't one that is "faster" and it depends on you're definition. Engine speed and the car's speed both can be defined as how "fast" it is. I'll try to answer for both cases.

If you mean engine speed (rpm), then yes and no. They typically are able to turn over at a much faster rate than piston engines because the inertia is evenly distributed into a circular pattern in the triangular rotors. In a piston engine the center of rotation is not the center of gravity (those points are one and the same in a rotary) and therefore centripetal force is unevenly applied to the cars internals. This makes high engine speed very tedious and expensive work (ie Honda s2000, BMW m3, Lexus lfa, etc) or failure will occur. Rotary engines on the other hand can be made to operate at high engine speeds without much extra in terms of cost. They do have limitations however. Heat distribution and complexity for basic repairs are two big ones. You can find more with a quick google search.

If you meant overall speed of the car, there is no way to tell. The size of the engine, size of the car, aerodynamics, etc would dictate things as well as the simple difference in engine type. Rotaries do produce a higher amount of power per liter in almost all cases over piston driven engines, however.

Positive cable from battery to starter is bad

Starter motor solonoid may either.

1) need to be gently tapped with a hammer

2) need plates 'un stuck'

find your solonoid at the back of your engine and tap it, should loosen the pin and provide a jolt of electricity through the relay and into the starter motor.

Anything will work as long as you have enough money. There have been LS7 swaps into newer RX7's but i'm not sure about an 87.

okay it all depends on what model it is a first gen a fc3s or fd3s there all around 500-20,000 depending on which one.

If your RX-7 is smoking at startup, it could be due to a few reasons. Your apex seals might be bad, your engine may need a rebuild!

I believe your 85 probably puts you with a 13b under your hood. I cant say for certain the location is the same as the 12a, and I hope for everyones sake they saw their error and moved it somwhere sensible. But if not,and its the same as my 12a was the task ahead of you is insanly more difficult than it should be.The freeze plug {one} is located on the back of the block behind the flywheel,{manual trans.}And to access and replace it I had to drop the tranny and flywheel. After attempting this with engine in the car only to discover I didnt have room enough to get the leverage on a giant breaker bar to remove nut on encentric shaft.{no air tools}I highly recomend you just pull the moter. Your going to be time and nerves ahead. Note: Only the 84-85 GSL-SE models had the 13B. GSL and GS have the 12A. Shouldn't be different either way.

When you mean its blowing out white smoke... you mean out from the exhaust pipe right? Not anywhere from under the hood or inside the car? Usually when white smoke comes out the exhaust it means that its not burning the fuel all the way... smell around if it smells like gas. If you smell fuel then check things like the fuel injectors - they can be leaking and need replacing...or maybe just the injector ring need 2 be replaced. Check compression. Check if their are any vacuum leaks and check intake system.

it has two or three rotor's that spin generating power its the same rx7s and black hawk helicopters both have rotary engines. Its been proven that some rx7 rotary engines can push an upwards of 900 hp. Without any assistance from a turbo, or Nitrous Oxide Systems

Not sure what exactly the question is, but the front rotor is number 1 and the rear rotor is number 2. The answer would be 0. An Rx-7 has 0 cylinders, and 2 rotors.

If you look on the driver side back by the break pedle you will see the fuse panel

1978-1985 Generation 1 (FB/SA) [Series 1,2 and 3] RX-7s did not come with an LSD.

1986-1991 Generation 2 (FC) [Series 4 and 5] did come with LSDs on the turbo models, they differ between the series. Series 4 had a clutch type LSD, while series 5 had a viscous type.

1992-2002 Generation 3 (FD) [Series 6, 7 and 8] came with LSDs all torsion type.

Yes TRAILING and LEADING...at the auto store they will give one pair of each...make sure you follow instructions on ow to cange plugs in rx7 and make sure you put them back in the order you took them out...It says on the plug box which is trailing and whic is leading
