How do i unhide taskbar?

The best trick I know is to open up Task Manager,

open processes, tell it to end the process of explorer.exe (this will close the desktop, taskbar and any file explorer that you have open)

then click on applications and click on new task

then enter explorer.exe (this will reopen the desktop and the taskbar)

if the taskbar is still frozen, then I don't know what to tell you (give the taskbar a few second the open after reopening it)

My computer is running slow and not showing webpages?

There are several primary areas that could be causing your computer to run slow. The most likely reason is that your registry has become corrupt, you have too many programs running behind the scenes and your system is essentially running in circles with its internal processing. To determine if your system is in fact running slow because of problems in your registry and temp files and then speed up your computer, you will need to run a self diagnostic program called registry cleaner. This program is very very useful,it can fix registry errors, clean registry remnant, corrupt files and temp files in a few minutes. Then it gives you a computer that acts about as fast as it was when the operating system was installed.

The second most common problem is that you have spyware/adware in your computer. Spyware/adware not only pops up ads and collects personal info, but also can hamper your computer's performance. It uses system resources and slow your computer down. Detecting and removing the programs will improve system performance.

Your computer will run slow if you have visited many sites because they leave files every time you visit them. It would help if you do a disk cleanup then a defragmentation, you can do that by going to start click programs, accessories then system tools where you will find disk cleanup & defragment.
