An 8 year old would usually be in 2nd or 3rd grade. Kids normally begin 2nd grade at age 7 and turn 8 sometime during the school year or the summer after (depending on when their birthday is), so then they are 8 when they start 3rd grade. Some states have later cut-off dates for starting kindergarten though, and will allow 4 year olds to enter kindergarten, so in that case, a child could still only be 8 when they are starting 4th grade.

No, I coach track and they do not, but the difference between girls and boys in middle school seems to be much less than in high school. Probably because girls mature earlier than boys. It also seems that the girls are closer to the boys in the distance events than the sprints. Since I've been coaching (4 years) our fastest times by the girls in some events could make the top ten list of the boys (if I just count the season best times for each athlete), and I would say we're a fairly typical school.

it depends with different schools. some schools have 4 periods a day other 5,6,7,8. they range on time, for example a 6 period one would have 2 before recess, 2 before lunch and 2 before the end of the day. They go for around 50 mins.

Don't get to far in the relationship, they normally don't last long. It is kind of like practice for the real thing. Hey u never know, it could last forever!

It would be nice, but the school would have to have money to hire extra teachers to have those periods.

Be yourself, and don't let anyone put you down. Make good relationship choices, and spend time with good people. You don't have to have a lot of friends to be popular. Try to enjoy middle school as much as possible, and don't stress about little things. You are going to look back and realize that the things that you allowed yourself to get upset about don't matter at all. It's the people who I remember being the weirdest/dorkiest in school who are happiest, most successful and have the most friends today. Do not spend your time trying to impress people!! Allow your uniqueness to shine!

It depends, if you want to focus on grades then 'no' is the best. But if you want to just try it and wonder what it really feels like to have a boyfriend, then sure, go ahead, but make sure it doesn't veer your attention away from your priorities. It's important to know what comes first and what comes next, you want to make sure you've got that in your hands.

But really, it's always good to try something new.

It is not 60 because if the boys made 60 that means the girls had to have made 180 (60*3). You take the sum of what the girls and boys make and it goes over the total profit. The answer is 45. 45*3=135. 45(b)+135(g)=180. I think.

For girls it is harder to get organized because usually we get obbsesed with it. You could use labels for every book or every thing that you have. You are going to need some sticky notes to remind you of your stuff(it would be better if you carried them with you). You also need an agenda to copy down your homework and a notebook for your notes. if you have dress code at school it would be good for you to have a shirt, jeans, and a jacket in your locker too. Under some of you thing you need to keep a pad or a tampon for experiences. You are going to need a corkboard and tacks. You may also need a mirror. You are going to need to have a pencil holder with pencils that are sharpened in case something happens to your pencil case(we never want detentions for being late for class).

It is bcus middle schoolers have more subjects than elementary schoolers but if ur in elementary you might think it is not fair that middle schoolers have lockers and YOu don't but once you reach 6 th grade second semester or seventh grade ur going to want go back to elementary thanks for hearing my opinion
