There is definitely a game of the name minecraft. It's a 16bit game where you can change the environment around you with tools and materials etc.

The only portal you can make right now is a Nether portal. Same with the PC version. (without mods)

To ride a horse, click it. It will buck you off multiple times. Keep trying until you see hearts emit from the horse's head. Then, grab a saddle and right click the horse. This should open a horse inventory. Place the saddle in the saddle spot, and armor if desired.

An iron pick has a durability of 251. If you want to find out any of your tool's durability, press f3 + h (doesn't have to be at the same time, you could hold f3 then press h) then open your inventory and hover your mouse over the tool you wish to see the durability of. The first number (i.e. x/251 if iron tool) will be your current durability.

You can make boots in a crafting table like this: (Key: I=Item O=Nothing)1st row: I O I

3rd row: O O O

Boots can be made with leather, gold, iron, or diamonds.

There's a option in the menu when starting a new map if you want a village. If you just make a new map with out any options then villages are part of the map. You just have to explore a bit to find them. The villages are randomly generated.

If you want to do an internet search for "minecraft village maps" then you may find some maps that some people have found close to the spawn point.

As of now there is no version of Minecraft for Wii.*

While a version for the Wii has not been announced, there is still a chance it will happen.

If you have the computer version you can play it on a minecraft server. Which you have to download. If its pe then you have to sign up with mine raft realms and if its x-box well sorry I' don't know

In Minecraft, wolves have 3 modes:

Neutral: The wolf has not befriended you or decided you are an enemy. If you give it a bone(or sometimes more than 1), a red collar will appear on the front of it. Attack it and it sees you as an enemy.

Friendly: You can make it sit or come with you by right-clicking on it. To kill it, click on it many times until it falls over and dies.

Enemy: It will come at you. If there are other wolves nearby, they may team up on you. Repeatedly hit it to make it fall over and die.

Currently Minecraft does not sell pre-paid cards. You can, however, buy gift codes on Minecraft.net(sort of like a virtual pre-paid card). In the future after Minecraft leaves beta there may be pre-paid Minecraft account cards, but there is no evidence that there ever will be.

To reset your minecraft server, you "X" out, then click the "Minecraft_server.exe".

Or you want to update it? You re-download the Minecraft_server.exe on Minecraft.net.

And then just remove the old .exe and all of the components, and then add the fresh and clean .exe in its place.

it really all depends on what you want. if you want lets plays go to channels such as: vintagebeef, guude, generikb, monkeyfarm and many others. If you want redstone check out sethbling and if you want minigames check out skydoesminecarft and some of his friends.

Minecraft 1.9 was never officially released, but they released 5 pre-versions that you could download manually. However, now 2.0 is out.

There is not ocelots in the latest Xbox version. The Xbox Minecraft is only at about a 1.9 Pre-release stage whilst the ocelot implement comes in around version 1.2. There is going to be a reasonable amount of time until this feature is added to Xbox.

Lots of different people have different opinions but if it's for the ease factor I'd have to say zombe fly mod, This allows you to fly around on Singleplayer or Multiplayer and skip all the Mobs down below.

If your looking for a cool mod I'd have to say the Aether Mod which adds a Skyland where there are new mobs, new dungeons, new items, and it makes Minecraft 10x more fun than it is on it's own. You can get the mod by googling Aether Mod Minecraft.
